Beautiful home on Beaver Lake. Host was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure all amenities were ready and working upon our arrival. He even allowed us to use his golf cart and kayaks to explore the lake. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a good time getting away from the busy world and this was a great place to do that. It is very peaceful here. We enjoyed playing darts and pool!

A delightful spot, well appointed and sparkly clean with a welcome Bentonville charm. Morning coffee on the large porch, a stroll or a bike ride to town as easy access to trails and restaurants. We closed the day with a relaxing evening in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful flowers. Such a cared for home, exactly as advertised and we look forward to a return visit!

Amazing to stay at, very clean, pictures matched expectations!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

As always, Vali's place has everything you need. She has thought of it all already! LOVE this place!

Great space for a family get together we had and right next to the lake. The owners are very responsive and eager to help. They also have a great boat dock system with plenty of fun water toys to make lake life enjoyable.

Melissa was a great hostess! She replied to messages quickly and was so informative. The home was beautiful and she thought of all the little things, from coffee bar to bubbles for the little one. We will definitely return if we ever need to stay in the area again.

Had double oven and great appliances. Need to bring board games and maybe dvd player Loved golf cart!! And closeness to water. Gorgeous area, we hope to be back ! If you need large place to spread out this is a wonderful place for everyone, and very peaceful . Thank you 😊

This is our second time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Great size for our family of 4 and two dogs. Love the garage space for the bikes and our gear! Note to future renters as every rental is different- you will find an empty pantry and fridge at the house, plenty of spices and some oil, but no misc condiments or similar.

Location, location, location! Angie's place is perfectly located and minutes from the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges and other local favorites. The home was very clean and comfortable, and although we ultimately weren't able to bring our dog, she would have had a blast in the large, enclosed backyard. Angie was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again!

We love staying at Tyler's when we're in Bentonville and recommend it to everyone. Perfect location, very comfortable.

The space was clean and updated. The location was good for access to trails. You have a short drive to the back 40 and Slaughter Pen mountain biking trails and a really short drive to the Razorback trail system. Having a secure garage for bikes and car was a huge benefit. We had a storm blow through and did not have to be concerned about damage.

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

Great stay and will keep it saved for the next trip

This home was perfect for us! We were in the area for an extended weekend for a baseball tournament. Our first rental through Vrbo was awful and we had to look for a new rental last minute. Kim got right back to me and allowed us to check in early! It turned our whole stay around. The home was clean and has great character. The outdoor areas - front porch and a barn with a fire pit/patio- were all in excellent condition. The home is close to everywhere but you still feel like you’re in the country. A great gem of a find!

Great location - we could walk to all the downtown Bentonville highlights in 5-10 minutes. The house was exactly what we wanted - everything as described. Craig was very responsive and helpful.

Loved the location, fun maze like house beds were comfortable! Some of the rooms didn’t breathe well (hot/cold/stuffy). Cobwebs inside were unacceptable!!! Use a web getter…otherwise very clean and well kept! All adults (not related) one bedroom had to go thru another to access a bathroom,there was no description of that little fact. Outside was really great!!!!!
