Kimberly was a great host, responsive and helpful. This efficiency is located in the city giving easy access to major highways and close to anything happening downtown. It has all of the immensities of home. The building itself is quiet but walls are very thin. You will need to keep the sound decimals down, especially at night. This is not the place for college students wanting to have a good time. If you’ve never been to Indianapolis; be Warned of parking tickets. Those little posts on the sidewalk are not to protect pedestrians, they have a number on them and you have to take that number and find a station which could be far and not in clear site. Overall I am exceptionally impressed with this stay.

Ashley is a fantastic host, she answered all our questions before we arrived to Indy and was always ready to help, advice & provide recommendations. The space is exactly as described, with well-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. The house is located in a quiet neighberhood, with plenty of restaurants & shopping options nearby and all Indy’s atracciones within a walking distance. It’s one of the best experiences we had on Airbnb and we would stay at Ashley’s place again. Thank you for everything!
