Monthly Rentals in Cenote Ponderosa

Armanda's home, space, atmosphere, and environment were wonderful! Exactly what I was hoping for, and what I needed! The location is very private and secure, and feels plenty safe, and the surroundings are so beautiful! Armanda y Pedro have clearly put so much work, time, and money into their home and yard. It is very peaceful, with iguanas, happy singing birds, and plants and flowers. I adored it, and all the more, Armanda is a very kind, gracious, helpful host! There are scenic beaches and cenotes not very far, but It is the kind of place more for people who are looking for a meditative, calm, peaceful, quiet location. The accommodations are simple but plenty adequate. I bought groceries and made meals in the kitchen most of the time, and spent mornings outside with coffee and a book or journal. It was truly a lovely visit and experience. Armanda and Pedro are very pleasant and kind beautiful souls. Maybe it's not for everyone, but if you feel drawn to it, there's a reason!

We had a great stay at this peaceful spot in Xpu Ha. The property was very clean and comfortable, with a private pool, well-equipped communal gym, and friendly staff throughout the complex. The host was responsive and offered a partial refund for one day when we ran into a water issue, which we appreciated. A few small upgrades—like quieter fans, kitchen essentials, and more breathable bedding—would make it even better. Just a heads-up: you’ll definitely want to rent a car, as the location is quite remote and not walkable to the beach or shops. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would recommend!

House was beautiful and super well laid out. Big new TV, comfy couch, and all the amenities. The place was clean, bathroom soaps and shower gels, and the fresh beds were amazing with soft covers and quality sheets. Area was new, secure, quiet and Jorge kept the yard and pool spotless. We used the clubhouse, pool and gym and it was great. The only surprise was that the beach was only accessible through the gate across a very busy highway. You had to pay to access it in the times laid out. It was not the “private quiet beach club” that was advertised. The Beach front was all private, with no other accessibility. Very commercial touristy beach.

Great loft to stay at. Amazing communication, fast responder. Nice place. Pool is never busy. Great price as well. Highly recommend.
