Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

I really like the Villas Talia units. This unit has the benefit of being on 2nd floor, and it is a corner one, meaning you almost have no sounds from the neighbours. That and a large balcony was a huge plus. AC units (there are two) worked flawlessly and quietly, internet was very fast and washer also worked fine, so my stay was comfortable. Communication was prompt, instructions precise and detailed and I really appreciated having two garrafones of water for use during my stay. There is a bit of a highway noise in all units in this location, and a bit more in this one as it is corner unit, but good earplugs take care of that and on a plus side, there are no party noises that are present in buildings closer to the waterfront, it is very quiet and private location. Would definitely stay again,

A beautiful condo with gorgeous views with a quick walk to the private pools and the beach. There were two private balconies to view the marina and water. The restaurants and night life were a quick five minute walk. There was something for everyone. It’s a little slice of paradise. A hidden gem!
