Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

Had a great family Spring Break. Loved how close this property was to everything. Additionally, the property was very quiet which was great for our family.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

Hi John Tuan, thank you so much for this beautiful house we had for few days since we were on business trip for grand opening in Dallas TX. The house was excellent and we highly recommend everyone to book this house! It was clean and a lots of space in bedrooms. Also kitchen is big enough if you want to do cooking.Everything was near by to the house restaurants, church, park and etc. service was excellent of the host when we had the issue with the shower it was resolved quickly! Thank you so much! John Tuan is very friendly and we are looking to book it in future as well. We travel a lot for our business so we would love to book it in future as well. Charles has a wonderful ranch. Everything was clean, welcoming, and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Throughout our stay, Charles was exceptionally helpful and responded almost immediately whenever we had questions or needed assistance. I highly recommend it to everyone. The ranch is truly beautiful, with a friendly atmosphere and many animals around.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The back yard was more than we’d imagined with the pool, mini golf setup and other amenities. It was perfect for our family and my son even had a few friends over one afternoon to hang out and they had a great time. The organization of the home and backyard was the best I’d ever seen in an Airbnb. Would definitely stay there again!!

I’ve stayed at a ton of different Airbnb’s and this one is one of my favorites! I love the location and the neighborhood here is very cute. The layout and design of the unit is very well thought out. They definitely paid attention to detail! It’s quaint in a very good way!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
