Amazing stay with Beautiful Sunshine Very Clean and Baby friendly Perfect for big families. Internet was crazy fast and private office to run my business smoothly. Must book if you have to work. Gary even came to deliver Baby Chair Will stay again for sure.

I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with my family of 9 and I wish we could of stayed longer. The house was perfect and clean. It had everything we needed for the stay. All we had to buy was food. They had a perfect coffee bar set up, clean dishes, towels,and linens.I loved how there were so many bathrooms and all kept so clean and water pressure was amazing in all the bathrooms' including the amazing showers in BOTH master bathrooms. The gameroon was so fun for the kids and the adults! the lake was so close and easy access to go canoeing,so fun! there was just enough woods and wildlife to be completely content, we got to see fish splashing in the lake and even saw a family of rabbits just standing in the backyard. it was so beautiful 😍 Hannah was always just a text away if I needed her, I never did, but she was easy to communicate with when she welcomed us,checked in and prepared us for check out. This is definitely a home you want to stay at! 10STARS!! Absolutely Perfect💯

This was our second stay, and everything was perfect! Alex’s home is spotless, and I cannot think of anything that I would change. It was spacious and wonderful for our family of 5. Highly recommend!

Place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was also located in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to local restaurants and grocery stores. Had all amenities mentioned in the post, plus extra items. Parking was easy. Check-in and check-out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Great for our quick trip to Texas for my husband’s MBA graduation. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The location was important to us. We came to McKinney to help our daughter with her new baby and her 19 month old toddler. After a full day of helping, we were delighted to come to our own space--and plenty of space --to relax and refresh in a Ronda's tastefully decorated house with a terrific big bathroom, plush towels and a comfy kitchen to have a snack.

Olivia's apartment was perfect for my stay while visiting my son and his gf. Because they were at work during the day I had a lot of time on my hands. Location was great -- although I am not a big shopper, having stores within walking distance gave me something to do during the day and having a Target nearby was great for picking up groceries or any miscellaneous things I might need. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed and pillows and nice towels in the bathroom. I spent a lot of time on the balcony and made use of the nice, clean gym. I also sat down by the pool a couple of times. Olivia's apartment fit my needs perfectly. And, Olivia was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. I would highly recommend!

It’s perfectly placed for trips to Southlake or DFW airport, and the neighborhood is great for evening strolls. The apartment is stylish and well-equipped. The beds were super comfy, and the washer/dryer saved us from kid messes. Elizabeth’s thoughtful touches, made us feel so special. She’s a responsive, caring host who made our stay perfect. Anna was a warm and wonderful host. Her place is vibrant and welcoming. The private garage parking being included in your stay is a top tier consideration. Conveniently located steps from the unit coming and going were a breeze. Snacks and water await your arrival and are then outdone by a thoughtfully placed bottle of wine. Beautifully appointed amenities and wristbands giving you access to indulge. An amenable 6 minute stroll to every thing from groceries and convenience to shops and dining. Chic, modern neighborhood and quiet neighbors made for an elevated experience that I do recommend should the opportunity arise.

Ace was very welcoming and responsive! I told her I’d make it at a later time and she texted to make sure I was okay when it got close to 10! That spoke volumes. The home is lovely and she’s very hospitable! Thank you again love !

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The pool was amazing, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the BBQ grill and had a fun time cooking outside. The host was friendly and easy to talk to, which made everything even better. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!

This lake house was such a great find! The place is really beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Loved this property and the location, it’s right on the lake, with a beautiful view, and everything you could need for a Great Lakefront getaway. We stayed over memorial day weekend with family and it did not disappoint. From the pool, to hot tub and well-equipped kitchen and game rooms, all you need is here! Our family recently stayed at this vacation home and were truly impressed by the property itself. The private property is beautiful. The home is very spacious, and located in a serene setting which is exactly what we were looking for our trip. The amenities were plentiful, and the overall ambiance made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. A deeper level of attention by the cleaning crew would have made the stay feel more in line with the luxury experience the home itself offers. However, this is something that can easily be resolved by the cleaning crew. We would still consider returning because the host was exceptionally kind and communicative both before and during our stay, which made the experience enjoyable. The host was responsive, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful, which we greatly appreciated.
