It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The landlord responded in time. When there was a train strike, the landlord actively helped to check the situation. There was a small incident in the middle, and the landlord also actively dealt with it. It would be better if the quilt in the room were more comfortable. It's a little cold at night. If there is water on the floor of the bathroom, it may flow outside the bathroom. You need to pay attention.

everything was as expected, location is very good, near main train station. breakfast was exceptional !

The room was as described, very clean. the private bathroom was in the corridor of the flat. the B&B in an old building,with a small lift. Great location. Breakfast in the bar/caffè downstairs. Great restaurants, cafes, bars and food markets close to the apartment. Manfredi was a friendly host, very communicative, he shared a list with places with seeing and places to drink/eat. the only disadvantage for me was the noise from the street in the middle of the night that didn't seem to stop till about 2am. I used earplugs but found it difficult to sleep. perhaps it's like this everywhere in Palermo.

The apartment is comfortable spacious, stylish with great amenities. We were met on arrival by the host Giglio who manages the building. The apartment is on the top floor with lift access, the terrace gets sun most of the day . We were there for the month of November and enjoyed the sunny warming aspect.The location is fabulous with a bustling fresh food market and al local food specilaities being just around the corner, and the full length of via Sant Agostino has stalls selling clothes, bags, hardware as well as there being small conveinience stores just instances away. Recommended for the location and atmosphere and walking distance to the theatres, botanical gardens and the weekend flea markets. The train and bus terminal are 20 minutes walk away. Enjoy.

We had a lovely stay in Sant'Elia! The accommodation was clean and above all very well located, a short walk to the Caletta. The setting is peaceful, it was a nice surprise. Fabio is very friendly and offers breakfast with homemade products. Thank so much!

Fabulous quality / price stay, right in the heart of town. The host provided every amenity imaginable ( including slippers, toiletries and extra pillows) making our stay super comfortable with even a touch of luxury. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to couples or solos travelling to Santo Stefano di Camastra!

Silvana is a great host who went out of his way to assist us with finding his location by walking to where we had parked and even driving us to our car when our stay was finished. I enjoyed the location we were in as one felt as if one actually lived in the community.

Wonderful modern and spacious apartment walking distance to central Terrasini. Building has several units - good parking and security. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. About 15 min from the airport.

Bottle of wine in the fridge as a gift, nice little terrace, quiet. Very good breakfast, very rich and varied. Good advice for activities and restaurants. 10/10 without hesitation.

Beautiful, peaceful stay in a comfortable hotel with great hosts :)

We stayed three nights and appreciated the private parking in the yard. The room and bathroom are bright, intelligently furnished, so we had plenty of storage space and they were sparkling clean. Pamela cleaned the room for us every day. Breakfast is also included. The room has a small balcony overlooking the garden. Overall, we found that everything was taken into account in the guest area for the convenience of the guests. Everything looks new and of good quality. The house is located on the outskirts of Monreale on an access road, which gives some traffic noise. But it's quiet at night. On foot, you can reach the center of Monreale in 10 minutes, where the bus to Palermo also runs. By car, we needed 15 - 30 minutes to Palermo, depending on the traffic situation. Pamela was very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent host! Ewald was very friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him! He was flexible with my arrival time, as well as my departure time. And the Airbnb was exactly as pictured! Everything was clean and worked well. Overall, fantastic host and Airbnb. Highly recommend for anyone going to Porticello.
