Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without lift and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a shared di ing room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. It Is not luxurious! There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it to visita Palermo) : you cannot go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL). But you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic

The B&B recently renovated offers 4 large rooms fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. All rooms have private bathroom and all facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Collesano is located just a few kilometers from the stunning green mountain views of the Madonie Mountains, the seaside and town of Cefalu, as well as close proximity to Palermo. Secure and safe parking available. Large Terrace with panoramic views to enjoy daily coffee/meals while taking in the landscape. Air Conditioner only in the main bedroom with Queen size bed. The other 2 bedrooms only have a portable fan.
