An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. The whole place to yourself Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for a couples get away escape , its a hip mid 80s single that’s been updated a bit . I didnt have any issues with the home. I did have to buy extra toiletries and detergent but its ok we all make mistakes. I grew up wilmington and know the area very well. Sad i couldnt stay for the parade. I wish therewasa second bathroom lol. The upstairs was awesome. Looking from the outside you wouldnt have thought there was an upstairs. The backyard was ok just need a cleaning and maybe cover the chairs outside and table. I would suggest maybe buying like a nonexpensive cookware set so people can cook or pick some up from the thrift store. Just my opinion but other than that it was nice and peaceful. My family came iver to visit they also liked the home and how peaceful the area is. That area was never quiet when I was growing up. Thank you Mr. Joshua for letting me and children stay in your beautiful airbnb. Until next time. Be blessed

We had a wonderful stay in Layden's place over the Easter weekend. There were five of us staying there and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and bright. The pictures on the site very accurately displayed the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Layden was very responsive to all our needs and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful place with plenty of space to spread out inside. The covered porch is 10 out of 10! Romantic and lovely for friends or couples or a solo sit. The Kitchen is well appointed and is really nice for cooking together while talking, and has great sharp knives. The bed is comfy. The bathrooms feel genuine and luxe - the tile looks handmade and chosen with though and care- this isn’t the kind of place that had a quick flip; this place looks and feels better in real life than in the image even- this place is the real deal and feels homey and grounding. You will love it.
