Our dream has come to life with our private family home named Hook, Line and Stinkers. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach; we provide all beach amenities and a wagon. The open floor plan, yard, decks, patio and pool are great for lots of family fun. The pool is heated at no extra charge March-May and September and October! Outdoor shower and parking for 4 cars. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

Emerald Tides is a 3-bedroom house located 0.2 miles (5 minute walk) from the surf side beach access. In the opposite direction is Emerald Isle Woods Park - a nature preserve with hiking trails, a disk golf course (we provide disks) and access to the sound. Our parent's originally bought this home as their first home way back in the 1980s. Please note that this house is up on stilts and a full story above ground.
