It is filled with photos and accents from the area. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances. The small counter has 3 stools and the table includes 6 chairs. It comes with a dedicated coffee bar with supplies. The backyard is landscaped and fenced With a covered patio, furnished with a gas fire pit ample parking

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

If you love nature you are going to love The Songbird. All day long you will hear songbirds. And in the evenings, you may see deer, turkeys, pheasants, geese & quail. It’s a 1-bedroom 512sq.ft guest house with a 256 sq. ft. covered porch and it’s located at a secluded distance from our private home. It was built for visiting family members and is used throughout the year. The little cabin is surrounded by 4 ft. chain-link fence so that everyone, including our pets, is welcome and safe.
