Townhome vacation rentals in Cedar City

A group of 6 of us stayed here for song golf weekend. This place was absolutely perfect for us. Really comfortable, great central area to hang out, all the amenities we needed, close to a bunch of courses and nature, and very reasonably priced for all that’s included. Check in and check out we’re very easy, and Dana was quick to communicate throughout. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Even better than the pictures. This place is beautiful, inviting, and spacious. Professionally managed. It was perfect for our family with comfortable accommodations for everyone. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom. Two master suites, two bunk rooms. Lovely back patio. Awesome tv/theater room upstairs. Pet friendly, with a large dog crate available in the garage. Everyone was so impressed with the quality of this rental. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Our trip fell in the middle of spring break season, so it was a bit pricey, but comparable to other listings and way better than a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Communication was top notch and the host went above and beyond to remedy any issues. Location is great and super convenient. The couch was heavily stained, as was the comforter on the master bed. Gary was quick to remedy the latter. Make sure you’re current on your tetanus before getting in the hot tub. (Only mostly kidding) The speakers have completely rusted out and are flaking into the water. Being so close to the common area is both a blessing and a curse. It’s great when you want to use them, not so great when you’re seeking a quiet retreat. The party was raging on long after the 10PM quiet time. Overall, this is a decent place and the host is fantastic to work with.

Great place and hosts! Love the clean house and plenty of space! Also, loved the Pool and adjacent Pickleball courts were a nice surprise!!!! Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful place for a larger group to stay and explore the area. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the community pool. This is our second time at this house and we would come back.

Mike’s place is clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is great and once you get the lay of the land, skiing to the lifts is a breeze. The only thing that surprised us was the 4th bedroom. It is in the hallway leading to the other bedrooms, which was a bit awkward for the couple staying there. We appreciated Mikes place overall.

Everything was spotless, tastefully updated, and elegantly decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra comfortable. The space was cozy yet spacious, and every detail, from the comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, was clearly chosen with care. If you're looking for a clean, stylish, and relaxing place to stay, this one checks all the boxes. I'd recommend this place to everyone!

Everything was great. Close to stores and local eats. It was an easy drive to Zion. The only dowsides was the internet was a little slow and the tv didn’t work. But we were so busy during the day hiking and with the pool, it didn’t really matter.

Comfy clean space. Though we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen was adequately stocked if we needed to. Lots of attention to detail throughout this nice apartment. The cleaning people who care for it are first rate for the area. Cabinets were well organized, hospital corners on beds etc. well above what we have come to expect from other properties in the area. Location is great too. Close to downtown but still quiet. We have family the area so will certainly book again in the future.

Well appointed townhome and close to the freeway without hearing the road noise. Photos on the listing are accurate. Good size garage. Nice kitchen and living room. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing was the heater didn't heat the house evenly--cold in the living room/hot in the bedrooms. However, Kyle had blankets in all the closets and in storage in the couches which we used to keep warm while watching a movie at night in the living room. Kyle was very responsive and helpful with questions that we had. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was exactly as described. Our kids loved the pool area! The beds were incredibly comfortable and I can’t believe how quiet the area is. It was perfect for our family spring break trip!

place is great with large garage to park and across the street from. the pool. we enjoyed having kids upstairs and parents downstairs. I liked having the garage clicker for easy in and out access. no neighbors behind the place either. great stay

The house was beautiful and very clean. There were toys for the kids, which we appreciated very much. We loved the game room as well. Would definitely stay here again!

If your looking for a beautiful vacation Kanab Utah is it ! This place was very cozy & clean . In walking distance of great restaurants & hiking trails . We used the gym & pool both were great . Hope to come back !

Great central location for access to Zion, Snow Canyon, and Bryce Canyon. We traveled with our toddler and loved the pool, Sienna Hills playground across the Main Street, and Thunder Junction train. The space was perfect for a family and we appreciated the extra amenities - side rails for the beds was great! We found everything to be very clean and comfortable!

Expectations of property were exceeded by hosts responsiveness to any message sent. Neighbors are very close, not much privacy in that regard, but that never interfered with our experience. This is an incredible choice, for the 6 adults and one baby we had or a circus of Trail Blazers! I would absolutely recommend and choose them again and again.
