"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

My home is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, in the heart of Chianti. All around, beautiful views and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The garden is a special space, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. For those who wish, it is possible—upon request—to share moments of cooking and conviviality, such as carefully prepared dinners to be enjoyed together, even by candlelight, in an intimate and welcoming setting.

Beautiful portion of a farmhouse immersed in Chianti with a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, perfectly furnished with a large garden and parking spaces. It is located 20 minutes from Florence, 40 from Siena and 50 from Pisa, in a few minutes you can reach Certaldo (birthplace of Boccaccio) and Vinci (birthplace of Leonardo Da Vinci). The house is halfway between Montespertoli and San Casciano (7km).
