Vacation rentals with a patio in Cayce

This was one of my husband and I’s favorite places we have ever stayed! The apartment itself was incredibly lovely and clean and I was obsessed with sitting in the chair in the sunroom reading. There are a lot of restaurants that are walkable. We stayed for The Masters and the drive to Augusta was not bad. The only thing I would recommend would be earplugs to sleep with at night if you are a light sleeper because the apartment is next to a hospital so you occasionally hear ambulances during the night.

We had a great stay being hosted and cohosted by Sarah and Kiana! The area was peaceful and very close and walkable to Kroger grocery store. The place was decorated very simple but beautiful just like the pictures.Our only two complaints 1-the outdoor space out back could use touching up with more cleanliness of the patio furniture 2- There’s nearby demo of a large building/structure just down the street that started really early in the morning …Not the fault of the hosts of course just a bit noisy is all.Overall the stay was just what we needed 🩷

We had a great stay. We wished the game worked but it’s was great for aesthetics. It was perfect as we had to go to Fort Jackson and it was only a few minutes out from everything we needed.

This a great diamond in the Columbia area. Very peaceful area, easy to find, GREAT HOST! She was so nice and gave great directions. My friends and I enjoyed the place and hope to return one day. Thank you so much for making this trip one to remember!

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

This place was so awesome if you are trying to enjoy what Columbia has to offer. An absolute favorite. Beautiful space. Would definitely book again.

Martin’s house is thoughtfully decorated with fresh clean linens. There is plenty of space inside & outside & has a convenient location. Martin is a very responsive host. A few more tweaks & it will be perfection!

Cathy was great to deal with. She was very prompt in her response to any question we had and extremely proactive in ensuring we were informed of all the information we needed for our stay. The house in located in a nice community and has easy access to all you need in the area.

This was my second time at Jennifer’s and again it was without fail that everything was wonderful. She supplied all the needed essentials, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, detergent. You think of and it was available. The consistency in how and what she provides is incredible. Home away from home makes for a great relaxing experience. Thank you for all that you do.

Russell was an awesome host and the Peach Pad was a great place to stay! The house is super cute and the beds were very comfy. It was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Russell was very accommodating and allowed an early check in after we traveled all morning. The neighborhood is fun and walkable with a Publix right around the corner for necessities. Would definitely stay here again!! 10/10!

A few small issues during our month stay were immediately taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for others looking for a convenient location near Columbia and Lexington SC

The bed was so comfy! It was just me but I felt safe and sound in the home and area. Sandra was very helpful and welcoming.

I’ve stated a few Airbnb‘s, but when I’m in Columbia, the only Bnb‘s that I will stay in are by Cason development. The hospitality and the level of communication on top of the beautiful properties they have are the reasons I continue to return. I was fortunate enough to meet another guest who has told me the same thing. her and her husband only book Cason development. This company gives an experience!!! Not just a stay. You will definitely enjoy. So book now!

Very nice open condo, spacious bedrooms with large bathrooms. Nice open kitchen with large bar. Overall experience was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Will try and book again if we’re ever back in the area.

The home was wonderful. I truly appreciate the extra touches, such as makeup wipes and toilet spray in each bathroom. It's the little things. There were plenty of extra linens; most places do not provide. She also left a few snacks as a welcome gift, and after a 13 hour drive with my boys, they really enjoyed that. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home while on such an important trip.

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Bob's property. It was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The screened in porch looking at the nature was great and so peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and master bed and pillows were very comfortable! Thank you :)

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.
