He met us at the Property, explained everything to us, recommended several excellent restaurants and was always available to help us when we needed him. I 100% recommend this property. I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

The experience of staying in Reggio Emilia was very positive, thanks also to Anna and her small cozy penthouse. The situation is as described in the photos, the house is quiet and clean, the view is interesting, the location is strategic. The parking space near the entrance is really convenient and the check-in went very well. The terrace around the house provides a shaded area at different times of the day. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to spend a weekend full of art, culture, and good food, or to those who need to stop in the city for a few days for work or other reasons.

A great house. super clean, bright and with all amenities. We slept well in the quiet beautiful area. The hosts are amazing. We were very busy with family activities so not so much time to do shopping. We got coffee and food from grandma. She also spoiled my daughter with treats. They were very flexible with late arrival. And the information was great. The surroundings are remote and really something for nature lovers. Thank you for the good care.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described, with all the promised amenities in perfect working order. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions for everything, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. The location is excellent, and overall we had no complaints. Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Parma is a delightful city, and this Airbnb’s good location made our stay even better. Situated just a short walk from the city center and near a convenient mall, it was easy to explore local sights and grab essentials. The apartment was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Martina is a very scrupulous and helpful host. From the outset, she took care to give us all the useful information and met us regarding some needs they had. The apartment is in a strategic, residential area but close to the center. For any needs or maintenance, you can refer to a "trusted man" who lives nearby. We rented the apartment for the editorial staff of our newspaper on the occasion of the Festival of Work Culture because they needed spaces to work together and reach the festival venues easily. i would say a positive experience.

We stayed in Giuseppe's accommodation for only one night but we had a great time, excellent cleanliness, everything you need even for a longer stay, a large shower that was much appreciated, and an extremely kind and helpful owner.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the customer's attention, he provided us with lots of solutions for activities and restaurants to eat. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in every detail as all the charming decor. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm that said one better than the other (yogurt, cream cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). It is mandatory to visit their farm because it is really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts in the activity and above all a special thank you goes to Paolo the owner and father of Alice who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. Beautiful apartment, a short distance from Parma, in a very quiet countryside area with private parking. The accommodation offers all the comforts and necessities for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly and available. Definitely recommended!
