The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

we arrived easily following Giacomo's precise directions and found everything we were looking for, nature, silence and relaxation! Not in the background, the property offered all the living spaces described by the host. I highly recommend it to those who "want to unplug." The local trattorias are also excellent.

Elena was very nice and helpful. The villa is very nice, in the quiet nature reserve. The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several options for breakfast, we had a great time.

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

We felt like at home right away! The garden was a paradise for our dog and the tranquility of the place... a paradise for us! The villa is equipped with every comfort and surrounded by nature while being easily accessible from the main road, which however does not cause any disturbance given the little passage of cars. Friendly host and readily available for our every need. Super recommended!

Perfect home for short stays. Clean and equipped with a hearty breakfast and water. Antonio is very clear in the description of the access methods.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Mr. Danilo and his wife are extremely kind and helpful people, always ready to provide useful information. The house is exactly as described, equipped with everything you need to stay in peace.

Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful structure.... The welcome was warm,with a attention to detail that immediately makes me feel at home. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, impeccable cleanliness, and the highest level of comfort. And then the real gem... the hot tub... we loved it! It was an amazing experience, we liked the view and the house itself a lot.

It was a relaxing 3 nights. You need something to drive up the serpentines, but you can relax very well at the top. Be sure to follow Roby's recommendations for restaurants and activities!

It was a pretty big house for us - as there were too many bed rooms. And the kitchen and other arrangements were really nice. Probably another toilet in that big apartment would have made it a perfect one. Thank you very much Loredana for your friendly support throughout the stay

very nice stay at mauro's. apartment about twenty minutes from the spezia. the setting is beautiful. mauro is adorable. it was relaxing. go to visit the Sabrina restaurant next door, you won't be disappointed.

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Wide space, both interior and a beautiful outdoor space (to be used mainly in the summer). Very secluded place, great for relaxing.
