The 70 m2 accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 × 200 bed, the other with a 140 × 200 (linen for 2 beds and towels provided), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a living room with sofa bed and an open kitchen that has all the useful equipment. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
