The 70 m2 accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 160 × 200 bed, the other with a 140 × 200 (linen for 2 beds and towels provided), a large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a living room with sofa bed and an open kitchen that has all the useful equipment. You will of course have access to TV and wifi. For greater autonomy, a key box has been placed at the entrance to the accommodation. Located 10 min by bus from the city center

New, functional and well-optimized studio, ideal for a long stay alone or a short stay for two. Located on the ground floor, it has a private terrace, sofa bed with real mattress, equipped kitchenette and modern shower room. Access via a garage. Not the most glamorous but independent access! 5 min walk to "Courbet" tram and shops. Bordelais Park right across. Bus stop 23 is at the foot of the residence. Equipped with recent air conditioning!

The apartment is located in the center of the Caudéran district, a quiet residential area, close to many shops (supermarket, bakery, en primeur...) and a 10-minute walk from Parc Bordelais. It is very well connected by public transport. You can reach the center of Bordeaux in 10 minutes (lines 2 and 3 at 100m) and Gare Saint Jean in 25 minutes (line G at 300m). Free secure parking is available in the residence as well as bike hoops.

We live on site in a house next to the accommodation but it remains totally independent.
