Condo vacation rentals in Caudéran, Bordeaux

It's been a great stay! The house was spacious, full of details, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and with everything you need to spend a few luxurious days overlooking the Garonne! It matches the photos, very well located in a quiet area and at the same time very close to downtown. Closed parking with good access in the residential development. Lucy informed us of everything we needed, punctuality for key pick-up and quick response to messages. We will definitely be back if we return to Bordeaux! Thank you so much for having us stay in that beautiful house full of charm!

Well located accommodation close to the Garonne with the tram nearby for easy access to the city center. Flexible check in and check out, Florian and Stéphanie are very accommodating.

Julien is a nice and considerate host. Our stay went very well in his nice apartment and with a very nice unobstructed view. We were never able to find a space in the private parking lot of the residence but there are always places on the street nearby. We only needed a place to sleep because we had all our meals at my brother's who lives in Bordeaux but the dining area of the apartment can be a little small for more than 3 people… Enjoy your stay, I recommend it!

A perfect stay! Our recent stay was flawless. Bertrand's apartment is well equipped, meticulously clean, and in a central location. Bertrand met us upon check-in to ensure we could easily access the building and then explained how everything worked. He was very proactive with all communications. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment is right next to Notre Dame Street, a charming little street with many restaurants and bars. The center of Bordeaux is about 25 minutes' walk away. Very nice by the docks. The apartment is not big but has everything you need. A beautiful place for a short trip!

Beautiful experience. Our stay at Touria's was simply magnificent. The place is easily accessible, the bedroom is impeccable, peaceful. I especially loved the bed, which is very relaxing, and the view is very beautiful. I also appreciated the fact that there is no difference between the photos of the place and the reality. Touria is very responsive and available I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back next time. Thank you Touria for everything and see you next time.

My host was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I am very satisfied with it. She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable. The bedding is very good too. I would highly recommend. Thanks again to my host Zineb for his flexibility, kindness and recommendations.

Eugenie’s place was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Lovely balcony for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Close to tram. Would recommend for solo traveler or quiet couple.

Very good weekend at Marie's! She was super accommodating and available! The apartment is more than great and above all it's different, an Airbnb where you can feel at home, this is super well-equipped. Thank you Marie I would come back without hesitation 🙂

Very clean rental, bed linen and towels provided so very convenient not to have to bring this. Alexandra responds to questions very quickly. We were hosted very well. The location is great for visiting Bordeaux. In short, I recommend this rental if you have to spend a few days in Bordeaux.

Very good, clean cottage and very good bedding on the other hand, very good for 2 people. The bathroom sink is a little small, but the shower is very good

Florence is a great host!

Welcoming host and responsive to messages. Secure parking space in garage, for small vehicle but this had been well mentioned. Clean apartment. Tram station literally at the foot of the building, 15/20 min from Bordeaux center. Convenient key delivery. We didn't use the kitchen equipment on these two days but it's fully equipped.

Jean-Philippe’s apartment was very clean and a pleasure to stay in. There was a bus into Bordeaux with a short 15minute journey time right outside the apartment so we didn’t need to use our car. The covered free parking was also a bonus. Overall a great place to stay

Phil's place checked off pretty much all of the boxes - only minor drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but Bordeaux unusually warm and we managed. Phil was superb in greeting us, explaining everything in the apartment, showing us specifically how to get to B tram, etc. A truly nice and thoughtful person. Loved the location - quite safe - slight noise issues (local bars), but it was away from the throngs of people (locals and tourists), and the B tram and maybe one transfer got you to pretty much anywhere you wanted to go. Lidl and Monoprix groceries just steps away. Kitchen had everything we needed (ate pasta in one night), living room sofa was quite cozy, and balcony was quite nice (just right side has better views). Appreciated the washing machine, which we always look for on multi-week trips. Did Bordeaux City Card (3 days 55 euro/pp) good value. Submarine base quite cool. Pizza kiosk was good! Thanks Phil!

Dominique was very solicitous when we didn’t arrive on time for our late checkin. This was very much appreciated. His apartment is beautiful in a peaceful location, a short walk from a couple of the biggest attractions in Bordeaux. The breakfast provided was great.
