Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. The Gîte de l'Ecureuil is located on an organic farm with a farmer baker and a basket weaver. At the gates of Quercy, overlooking the Garonne valley, in a quiet and wild environment, where you will enjoy a pond and forest paths. The Quercy stone welcomes you to pretty typical villages (Moissac with its cloister and Chasselas, Lauzerte, Auvillar). The Canal du Midi shows the richness of the Garonne Valley and the Château de Goudourville will reveal its history to you.

Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

We live surrounded by several hectares of forest (fir trees and oaks). We are ideally located: 5 minutes from the A62 toll and 3 kilometers from our beautiful village of Auvillar that we invite to discover! Toulouse (45 minutes) and Bordeaux (1H15), 7 km from Centrale de Golfech.
