I have never had a host so communicative, hospitable, and kind as Elkhan. Days before my stay, Elkhan reached out with several recommendations on what to do in the city and offered a personal driver for getting to the airbnb from the airport. And after my stay ended, he offered another personal driver to get to my next location. Both times, the prices were marketably fair in consideration of how much public transport would have costed, and I thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way. Furthermore, the place looked exactly as the photos show and even better. Given the amenities, cleanliness, location, and especially the gorgeous view from balcony, I can confidently say a better airbnb for the price in Baku does not exist. If you have the opportunity to reserve this airbnb for your stay - get it! You will only thank yourself for years to come.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better — it’s perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t had to use taxi the entire time, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The unit itself matched everything in the pictures. It’s beautifully modern, with sleek interiors and a clean, contemporary design that made it feel fresh and welcoming. It was equipped with everything I could possibly need — from a full kitchen with stove and kitchenware to a washing machine, which made longer stays convenient and stress-free. What truly stood out was how comfortable and homey it felt. It wasn’t just a place to sleep — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Слушайте все, мы долго выбирали, решали и вообще, искали, это один из лучших отдыхов в жизни, всё чудесно, вид на море, расположение, вышел и вот через 1 минуту - море, территория. Хочется отметить отдельное спасибо за то, какие подушки пышные, пахнущие, новые, в апарт-отеле есть даже парогенератор (вместо утюга, если кто не знал, мы правда ни разу не достали, но главное он есть😂), при заселении даже был фумигатор от комаров, правда мы привезли свой, но очень было приятно, что хозяин аппартаментов такой заботливый. Всё в этих аппаратах впечатляет. При заселении был чай, масло подсолнечное, соль и сахар. Чайник без накипи, новый или вода такая хорошая, неизвестно, воду пить вроде можно из крана, мы пили, готовили, всё классно. С нами ребёнок 1,4 месяца, нам всё очень понравилось со стороны сдающих эту квартирку вопросов вообще нет, умнички.

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Во первых Таша поразительно приятный человек очень любезная и отзывчивая, предоставила нам абсолютно все что нужно было для детей вплоть до детской кроватки, и ванночки, квартира очень просторная чистая, воздух хороший, и всегда есть парковочное место возле дома. Нам все понравилось, мы однозначно рекомендуем и с удовольствием вернёмся в будущем!

A wonderful place in the city center! The apartment is comfortable, clean, we came to it after long walks with joy, as if we were returning home. Convenient location of supermarkets, cafes, cultural entertainment. Tigran is always in touch, responds promptly, there are ready instructions for all questions. I can only recommend this place!

Mihran was really the perfect host. Everything from helping with transportation, ski rentals and even suggesting good restaurants and helping us reserve. They were always so helpful and attentive. The villa is very spacious and perfect for large families or groups, highly recommend this place!

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Our recent stay at Khachik’s was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this colorful and vibrant winter palace in the silver world. ❄️ The huge yard was an absolute dream, especially for our dog who had the time of his life running around and exploring. we truly appreciated how welcoming the space was for our furry baby. The interior design was the cherry on top. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The layout was perfect, and we loved how functional and aesthetically pleasing everything was. Our host Khachik made our stay even better. He is incredibly responsive, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this Airbnb enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Мы провели три дня с семьёй с маленьким ребенком в доме. С самого бронирования Давид был на связи, подсказывал и давал рекомендации относительно поездки. Для маленькой гостьи хозяин дома специально подготовил кроватку и стульчик для кормления, а при заселении нас ждала домашняя пахлава! Дом просторный, с красивой ухоженной территорией и хорошей мебелью. Ещё на территории живёт черепаха, это был полный восторг для ребенка) Мы застали роскошное цветение роз на территории дома. Бассейном и сауной воспользоваться не успели, но они также были готовы к использованию. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая тапочки, шампуни и гели для душа. В пешей доступности есть магазины (примерно в 300 м - маленький магазин и примерно в 500-600м - достаточно большой супермаркет, но до него нужно немного пройти в гору). До центра города около 15 мин на такси. Также работают доставки продуктов. Мы остались довольны и благодарим Давида за помощь в различных вопросах!

Прекрасная квартира рядом с главой улицей. Магазины и кафе совсем рядом. В квартире 2 спальни. Спать комфортно, тихо, не слышно соседей!!! Сверху никто не ходит. Удобный матрас, отличные подушки, хорошее постельное белье. Мы жили до этого в другой квартире и там была очень плохая звукоизоляция. Постоянно слышали разговоры соседей за стеной. Здесь сон отличный! В этой квартире большое количество посуды, удобно готовить. Отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Очень чисто! Если эта квартира будет свободна в нашу следующую поездку, то мы будем жить только здесь:) Большое спасибо!

Place is just great. Freshly renovated apartment with everything you could need. Even though there is no sea view - 13 th floor views are still amazing. The host is very helpful and friendly - always responds within 15 minutes:) great place!

Tornike's apartment is practically a chalet in the city. It is a perfect crib for a group of friends to hang out. There are two terraces with view on the mountains, one of which has a grill. In addition, on the second floor there's a pretty decent projector--perfect for watching football! Communication with the host was fanstatic. Location is not central, but walkable to the main attractions of Batumi. The only negative aspect is the appearance of the building: it can be offputting, but once you are in the apartment, it is like an oasis.

Great place for stay, nice modern apartment that has all you need. Very good for family with kids. Good location with 24/7 supper market across the road. The host was also very helpful. I can recommend to everyone!

Mari is amazing host. The apartment is super perfect! you have all you need here. You have hot tub as well for relaxing, metro just 2 minutes.
