I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. More importantly Gungor was really good person in your heart..thank you so much for caring and asking about my sister when we were at hospital..thank u so much for alwyas being there for us. I finally stayed at Elene’s incredible house in Ananuri after having it saved for 2.5 years, and it met and/or exceeded all expectations! The house is wonderfully cozy with a mind-blowing view that’s simply unforgettable. It felt like a blend of home, dacha, and the perfect escape spot anyone would crave. The fireplace is a real gem, adding warmth and character to the experience (just remember to solve the wood quest!). The location is ideal for hiking and relaxing, and if you have a car, it opens up even more opportunities to explore the stunning surrounding areas. Elene herself is an exemplary host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. While the area doesn’t have many dining options, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals at home. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and memorable retreat!

The location of the property is excellent. The property is suitable for a large company, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and kind! We had a lovely time and communicated well.

Apartment was extremely clean and neat. Views ars stunning and location is pretty good for walking. The appartment is in between two largest malls in the city (1.5 km, walkable). Not too many restaurants nearby but place is worth choosing.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly like the photos, and the balcony is simply breathtaking—very high with a stunning view. The bedroom is perfectly designed for restful sleep, as the curtains allow you to create complete darkness. A special thank you to the host—such a kind and well-mannered young lady. Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Recently renovated apartment, good location on slightly busy street near old Batumi.

We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

Clean, quiet house not far from the sea

We stayed for two nights. The host was very cooperative and responsive. She communicates with English which was good. there was minor notice which is the drainage plumbing in the shower room was very slow which resulted in a pool of water in the bathroom

It was a lovely house with everything necessary. The description fully corresponds with the reality. The house and the garden were clean even though it was winter. Ideal to discover Kakhetian countryside not far from Tbilisi. Lika was a really friendly host who responded promptly. The terrain is well-secured for kids and pets.

Natia was an amazing hostess. The place looks even better than the photos! Solo female traveller and I stayed for 5 days- the views were breathtaking, the space was great with a spacious lawn. I also felt extremely safe and looked after, with house keeping coming a few times to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall 10/10 experience and I would come again. Thank you Natia!

My stay at Mariam’s home was truly unforgettable! The house is nestled in a beautiful village, offering a peaceful and authentic experience surrounded by nature. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to fresh air and scenic views. Yet quite close by car to the ski slopes. Mariam is an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed and provided great local tips to make my stay even more special. Her hospitality made me feel right at home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a charming village with a fantastic host, this is the perfect place! I would absolutely love to return.

We had a wonderful stay, better than expected. The accommodations were very private and beautiful but at the same time the complex was very well connected. Easy parking, and moving to the rooms. The view and location is stunning. The hosts were great, Valerio really made us feel like home, always there providing help, information and recommendations, great communication. Unfortunately our room was double booked the first day but they did whatever they could to help us by providing us a bigger room for the first night for the same price and the next day they helped us move to the room that we had originally booked. Their suggestions really made our stay special l. The breakfast that they provided was tasty. We didn't have the chance to try the meals but I'm sure that they would be good. We will definitely come again if we ever visit again the kakheti region.

We stayed 5 days at this countryside house and had a good experience. Beautiful location near Aragvi River with open fields for walking. We came with our dog and car - access road is fine, some potholes after rain but manageable. Ana and Giorgi are very helpful hosts who met us personally and showed us around. House is comfortable with soft mattress, good sofa, and extra cookware provided. The grill works well and jacuzzi is a nice feature. WiFi and mobile internet work properly. Shop is 5 minutes by car, location about 1 hour from city. Our dog enjoyed the fields - some stray dogs around but not aggressive. Minor issues: neighboring house is close so you might hear other guests occasionally. Water pressure was sometimes weak and shower had small leak. Good for short stays. Hosts' hospitality made the experience positive. Recommended for countryside weekends.
