Cosy and nice place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

I had a truly fantastic experience in Gayane & Araik's home. The location was wonderful, right in the centre of the city, on the lively Mashtots Avenue, next to the Persian Mosque, with a wonderful view from the balcony. Just steps away from the bus stop where you can catch the 100 or 201 bus to and from the airport. Few minutes on foot from the Republic Square, it's also surrounded by lots of local shops both on Mashtots Ave. and within the beautiful courtyards. The apartment itself is an absolute gem - wonderfully decorated, fully equipped with anything you might need for either a short or a long stay. What I loved best was the authentic feel of the place - you really feel like a local! All little things in the apartment and in the courtyard reminded me of my childhood in my country.. I would also like to point out the care and attention of the hosts, they were always in touch, with prompt and helpful communication. A huge thank you from my heart, hope to be able to stay again soon!

Amazing place, it was very cozy and atmospheric. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. Elena is a very responsive host, she will always answer and tell you about everything. It's really good to take this apartment for 3 days or more and explore Tbilisi. Convenient location, there is a large 24-hour supermarket nearby. There are many restaurants where you can go to eat. Write to Elena and she will tell you everything. Very clean and the view from the window is amazing. Really affordable and cozy place for the money. We were happy with everything. The only thing is that if you want to sleep under one blanket - write to Elena in advance - she will arrange everything. There are all the amenities, we even found a clip to replace the SIM card in the box. I highly recommend this apartment and its wonderful hostess.

Irina is a fantastic host and the apartment was a comfortable place for my mother's trip to Yerevan. Anything that came up, Irina was so fast to answer and help. The location is perfect - right on the Cascade. And the balcony was a great place to people watch and take in the Yerevan atmosphere. My mother loved her stay in this apartment.

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Highly recommended.

Nice apartment. Good facilities and clean. Communication with Samvel was smooth and friendly. Close to a large department store and metro is within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it.

Great spot very close to ski slopes. Everything was as expected. Not their fault, but the restaurant & bar at the Valley is closed. Would have been ever better if that was available, but overall a fantastic trip to Bakuriani for some skiing.

Can’t express the comfort, kindness with words. Clean space was satisfying, one and only airbnb host I will choose forever. Location is in the middle of the center, you can easily reach two metro station, funicular, mtatsminda park and so many popular places by walking.

Neat apartments with all amenities. The inside is perfectly clean. All utensils are available. Smoking is prohibited in the house and it😍 is perfectly consistent with the photos. Nice, quiet neighborhood, park nearby, 24-hour shops and cafes. Wonderful host who was always available. Thank you so much! Our vacation was a success.

With our children of 3y and 1y old, this was a great choice. Plenty of childrens toys, a well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed the location - a lively area with many restaurants and coffee shops, and the old town was easy reachable by bus.

It was a great pick of an accomodation! Dika and her whole family were fabulous hosts! We had everything in this nice, bright and cozy apartment. Communication was great and since even her Kids are professionals, there was always someone there if we needed anything! All together we can highly recommend Dikas place!

Had a fantastic time. Place is at the forefront of old Tbilisi and all the places are accessible through walking. The place is big and can easily accommodate a nuclear family. Enjoyed our stay. Host Nana was very friendly and accessible

Location: taxi to metro Varketili is 10 minutes away and you can get to ciy center without traffic jams. You can easily park a car nearby, get on highway to airport, Telavi or Liberty square in Tbilisi center. There's huge lake in walking distance and plenty parks around. Nice place, without night noise of city center. Nati is open and easy-to-communicate host. Apartments has new great mattress in the living room, good sofa. There are also enough space to take yoga class without any discomfort.

First day at Georgia, very pleasant. Irma is very responsive online, she doesn’t speak English but online communication is totally fine. Big thanks to Irma and her son, the driver and one lady worked there. They helped me during the full trip there. A tip for tourists, if you take bus there, road is not flat to the destination so when you have heavy luggage you can consider finding a car to drop you off.

The studio apartment is furnished adequately and is located in a prime area. The view from the balcony is amazing. There are supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants etc. within walkable distance or within 10mins from the apartment. There is no parking within the premises. If you've a car, you will need to park it in one of the parking zones by the road on the backside provided there is an empty slot. That was the only tricky part about the stay. Otherwise we found it very convenient, safe and worth the money.

Aida is a wonderful host. She welcomed me with a bottle of wine and always informed me of potential utility interruptions. Her kind husband came over to fix the water heater immediately after I told them it wasn’t working. The apartment itself is cozy (has one of the better beds I’ve slept on in Tbilisi), and it’s located near one of my favorite restaurants (Maqashvilebtan). Overall, the value is quite good in my opinion. I had a little problem with noisy neighbors, but Aida informed me that they are no longer there.

Nice and clean apartment.

This apartment has a great location, in the heart of one of the best areas of the city, a few meters from the square with subway, restaurants, stores and so on. At the same time, the location in the courtyard gives a quiet and cozy atmosphere. It is also a large and beautiful apartment. Communication with the host was also excellent. Everything was very pleasant, thank you!
