Everything was fine

Very nice staff, very good location, the room is cozy, has everything you need for your stay, mountain view ❤️ We met very warmly in the evening, helped with the suitcases. Plus, it was possible with a cat, left only a deposit, which is returned at checkout. One morning we didn't have time for breakfast, we went down for tea, and we were just given some more cookies, cakes. The experience is really good. I recommend it.

The price is good in performance

We arrived in Batumi by train and stayed for one night. We instantly loved to room on the 4th floor, which was very well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony had a view of the main skyline of Batumi and the Piazza close by. It had a really nice atmosphere, though the proximity to the Piazza was a bit noisy too (if you want to sleep early, bring earplugs - but why are you in Batumi then ;) )

Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

The hotel has a beautiful view. I stayed for two nights in apartment 201 on the first floor. It consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with one bathroom, and a balcony overlooking Lake Uzungol and the breakfast area. The room is clean, and the bed is a little small. There is a small bed for children. Hot water and internet are available. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I thank them very much. (Arkoud, Ali, Omar) Note: Unfortunately, there are no tools available in the kitchen.

One of the most beautiful cottages in the region is clean and also beautiful and wonderful and special views. I thank the brother osman and his son for the beautiful service, the sweet reception and the beautiful smile The cottage has a car park and also a special location. They gave us breakfast a gift from them and they were keen on it from the first day of the arrival, God willing, you will be my dwelling place next. Easy to reach and near a group of restaurants and grocery Honestly, one of the most beautiful days I have spent in it I strongly advise

Room as described and in a good location for a good price. Bathroom looked a bit worn, but nothing major and for the price it was still a 5-star experience. Location is not in the most touristy part of Tbilisi but rather my favorite neighborhood of Vera. I definitely recommend staying here

Nino was a wonderful host. She took great care of us and was always approachable. She can also arrange airport transfers and excursions. The bookable breakfast was great - typically Georgian. And the location couldn't be more central. A clear recommendation if you are in Kutaisi.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The views of the Black Sea from the apartment were amazing. I needed reliable WiFi to be able to work online for a few days and I can confirm that the internet connection was very good. There was also private parking. The host was very helpful and responsive. It is advisable to have a car if you want to reach the apartment as it is on a slope, but it is very easy to find even if you arrive by taxi. There are restaurants and shops just a few minutes drive away and the airport is only 7 minutes drive away. We will definitely book again next time we visit Trabzon.

The location is close to the airport and the apartment is as small as the traveler needs accommodation other than sleep

We rented for 7 days, extended everything for 7 more perfectly, the house is worth the money 7 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Ureki I recommend a quiet place to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tina’s. Location is hard to beat, we were able to walk everywhere, lovely places to eat and drink nearby.

The apartment is very serviceable, light and clean 3. In the apartment you have everything that you need for your stay 4. Very beautiful view from the window, there is a balcony :) 5. This apartment has a beautiful view over the beach! Its also right across the road from the broadwalk. The drop off and pick up zone downstairs is super convenient for catching cars to and from places. The lifts are also super spacious, which made it to access the apartment with a pram. Inside the bed was super large comfortable. The fortnightly clean was exceptional. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. ❤️
