The appartment is so nice and clean, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. If there’s a chance to go back again in Georgia definitely we will stay again in this appartment.

Easy to find and check in. Overall, everything went well — the apartment was clean and comfortable, and check-in was smooth. The only issue was that I couldn’t find the remote control for the air conditioner, so I wasn’t able to use it. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you to the host!

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

Zara and Saba! Thank you for your apartment! I had a quiet and comfortable sleeping during my stay. I had all necessary stuff in the kitchen and bathroom. The view from the balcony of the 15th to the mountain area is limited due to the opposite building but still viewable! I loved it at night and early mornings. I would recommend the apartment to those who love quietness, cleanliness and who avoid noisy night parties. Shops around are available. Red park nearby is good for walking and kids! Excellent stay! Nikoloz is a good host. He is very polite and communicative person. There was nothing about Nikoloz that might have confused or concerned us during our vacation.

The apartment has everything one may need. The cleaning was well done. There is a shopping mall, a 24/7 shop and several restaurants very close to the apartment. Mamuka is so friendly and replied all the questions quickly, also helped us with the early check-in. We had a slight problem during the check-in but luckily it was quickly solved. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

It was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. May has created coziness and comfort! You feel at home and don't want to leave! We definitely want to stay here again!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s air conditioning in every room, which was a big plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some railway tracks nearby, but during our whole week-long stay, I only heard a train once, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The location is also super convenient - very easy access to the airport, with shops and restaurants close by. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with a lockbox, which made everything simple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

everything was great . close to cascade. the sound of metro ends after 00:00. so not a big deal . The garden was serene. house was super clean

The apartment was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a variety of cuisines. I especially recommend Salty for coffee. One of the highlights is its proximity to Park Mziuri, just a 9-minute walk away. The park is perfect for a leisurely stroll or some outdoor relaxation. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place!

I am happy to be in this apartment. Very nice host. Answered questions quickly and friendly. Check in went smoothly. The apartment is neat and clean. Enough bed, kitchen and work space. No problems with all of that. Below this apartment there is a shop that provides groceries, if you want something more complete you can walk 10-15 minutes. Very close to the bus stop. Bus to the city center about 1 hour. Suitable for those who avoid the crowds. I recommend this apartment for those who want to stay for a long time. Thank you, Mariam.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

We rented from this host and were very satisfied . Very attentive host. The apartment is comfortable, clean, located in a very convenient location ( within walking distance of a shopping center, pharmacies, grocery stores, metro) . Next time, we will definitely choose this apartment.

Thank you for the apartment. To be honest, the place was pretty run-down, but you did everything possible to make it… well, reasonably comfortable. What can I say? It was also unusually cold, and you reacted incredibly fast—came over and helped with everything. Definitely decent housing for the price. Perfect for people who just need a place close to the center. Also, I have to highlight the surprisingly comfortable workspace—really well thought out. Don’t expect anything extraordinary for this price; we all know the world we live in. But this option is absolutely worth the money.

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people.
