Nice and clean apartment, located nearby metro station (about 7 minutes to walk). Very nice park with children's play area and gymnastics equipment just next to the building. Quiet place.. Responsive owner

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was perfect for one person! The apartment is exactly as described, and in a very nice, walkable, and safe neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed, including kitchen items, closet, blankets, internet, etc. It's quite close to Marjanishvili metro/bus station, so very easy to get around, and the Fresco about ten minutes' walk was great for anything else I needed. Karine is kind and responsive, and I felt I could reach out if I needed anything- she was also accommodating about my arrival and departure, making it easy to collect and leave the key. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again, and would be happy to recommend it to travelers! I also enjoyed the courtyard and making friends with the cute cats.

Overall, we had a very positive experience in the apartment, the icing on the cake was the host Ruth, who is simply a lovely, warm and helpful person. She insisted on welcoming us when we arrived at the apartment despite the late hour because we arrived with two young children. It was important to her to help us in any way possible. She left us games and toys for the girls and any small or large issue we raised was answered immediately and above and beyond what we expected. Ruth is truly an exemplary host! The apartment was spacious and cozy. We could also use the parking lot which was very convenient and helpful. We liked that the apartment was very large and spacious and relatively quiet despite the location close to the main street. In the vicinity of the apartment there was a supermarket, plenty of shops and restaurants, pharmacies and more. Which was very convenient. Thank you very much Ruth 🙏🏻

Perfect location. Right on Orbiliani Square but tucked away in the interior so it’s very calm and quiet. The place is nicely decorated and the hosts were incredibly friendly. Definitely coming back.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einem tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Sehr sauber, bequemes großes Bett und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Auch ein früherer Check-In war problemlos möglich. Great place if you're looking for that area specifically. If you're a tourist looking to visit, it's a bit far. Easy check in. Flat as described. Easy communication. Good WiFi. I had just one night with noise upstairs until 1am (I think they have a kid that was jumping around a lot).

es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Madonas tollem Appartement und wir haben uns nach dem reibugslosem Check-in sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war wie immer blitzsauber und frisch. Neben dem super Blick vom großen Balkon und der interessanten Umgebung mit perfekter Anbindung ins Zentrum und in die nahe Umgebung, schätze ich die herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit Madonas. Wir freuen uns schon sehr aufs nächste Mal.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

Tamar and her husband are the lost lovely and welcoming hosts, made us feel right at home and comfortable. They explained everything we needed with local recommendations. The place was beautiful and personal and great for our family for our stay. Was warm in the winter and all the ammenities we needed. We walked everywhere and saw so many amazing things close to our stay. Restaurants, play areas for the kids, and iconic must sees. Tamara exceeded super host for us, the warmest and kindest people. So grateful to have them as our hosts for this stay.
