My wife and I felt even better than at home. But the true highlight is the host – Keti. She is not just a wonderful person, she’s an angel in every sense of the word. Her kindness, helpfulness, and warm personality went far beyond anything we expected. She supported us even with things completely unrelated to the rental – we truly felt cared for and welcomed. If you’re looking for an exceptional place, with top-notch quality, a cozy, homely atmosphere, and a host you’ll never forget – look no further. This apartment is simply perfect!

Остались очень довольны поездкой и жильем! Отличная локация, удобное расположение - близко к пляжу и ко всем центральным местам города. Само здание очень солидное и приятное. В апартаментах было чисто, все необходимое тоже было, кондиционер работал) В общем, нареканий никаких не было, отдых прошел отлично! Спасибо большое)

This apartment was in a great condition, very modern and lovely for us to stay 1 week with our cat. Location is great, in a residential area, and has a couple of restaurants, gym and supermarket in the same block. Also, the metro station was at 5 minutes by foot. Tatia was super helpful, and very fast to respond whenever we needed help. Overall, would recommend this place to stay for a couple of days in Tibilisi!

ბინას აქვს საბურთალოზე საუკეთესო მდებარეობა. სიმშვიდე, მოწესრიგებული, დაცული და გამართული ინფრასტრუქტურით ეზო. საცხოვრებელი სახლის ინტერიერი არის გარმოჩეულად კარგი, ნაფიქრი და კომფორტული. სისუფთავე შესანიშნავი. საუკეთესო ლოგინები ძილის მოყვარული ადამიანებისთვის. ბინაში არის ყვეალფერი, რაც თვენს სტუმრობას კიდევ უფრო კომფორტულს გახდის. ცალკე აღსანიშნია დიდი ვერანდა და ეზო (აუზით). მოკლედ, ყველას ვუწევ რეკომენდაციას, რომ დარჩეს არჩილის საცხოვრებელში. დიდი მადლობა მასპინძლობისთვის.

مكان رائع ونظيف واطلاله جميله وموقع الشقه مناسب والشقه فيها كل الخدمات مغسله ومكوى ومكرويف وثلاجة ومطبخ فيه اغلب مستلزماته الشي الوحيد السلبي لايوجد شطاف في الحمام.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

What a view! It is a really cozy place to stay and the big windows made it really bright and impressive in the evening with all the city lights. Gia was really helpful and responsive.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

I had a fantastic stay at this house in Georgia! The room was absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition – just like the photos, if not better. Everything I needed was provided, and it made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which really added to the overall positive experience. This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

The house is located on a hill in a traditional neighborhood without any tourists, so you can experience real Georgian life, but in a walking distance to the Old Town. There are also a few great viewpoints, often overlooked by tourists, offering beautiful views of the city and sunset. One of them is at the dead end of Chaisubani Street (41.704761, 44.807957). Tamara is a great and friendly host who can help with everything. I had an issue with the washing machine, and she resolved it quickly. The house is a two-story building with its own yard. Both floors have a living room. The ground floor also has a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The second floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. The master bedroom is a bit dark but quite comfortable and cozy. The living room upstairs is also very nice and cozy. The only downside is that some beds have a mesh spring base, which may not be suitable for people with back or neck issues. Thank you for hosting me.

Ulvi was incredibly friendly and even picked us up from the airport. The flat’s location is ideal, just a few minutes by car from the Maiden Tower and the city center. The apartment has a great atmosphere with its light decor. We also enjoyed the building’s amenities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and gym on the first floor. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend it!

the host very friendly, kind and attentive. she responds as quickly as she can manage, offered us tea and coffee and overall a very nice lady. she even let us check in earlier as we had no other place to go (our other booking got cancelled last minute) yet she didnt hesitate to take us in in short notice. the bed was big and comfortable with nice clean beddings, the bathroom was spacious and had warm water and nice pressure. the area is safe with many places around to go get a quick snack. at night we felt very safe. lia was near and we could count on her if we needed anything. we wish we could stay longer but she is fully booked- and for a good reason. definitely recommend to stay here. thank you lia for our stay

Je recommande fortement ce logement ! Giorgi est un hôte cultivé, au bon niveau d'anglais, très agréable et très investi qui vous garantira un excellent séjour. :) Le logement en lui-même est très propre et bien aménagé, avec beaucoup d'espace pour circuler. L'ambiance y est vraiment chaleureuse et vous y disposerez de tous les équipements nécessaires. Enfin, le fait que ce soit excentré du centre-ville (20min à pieds) garantit un certain calme ainsi qu'un espace vert soigneusement gardé par un chien très joueur et affectueux. Et si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher : les taxis sont nombreux, rapides et très peu chers (2 laris pour aller au centre-ville, 3 laris pour aller à la gare) et vous permettront de découvrir la ville mais aussi et surtout ses environs grâce à sa forte offre en autobus et marshrutki !
