PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

My family and I were happy to spend the weekend here. A cozy cabin with soul and heart. Incredibly beautiful view from the windows and from the yard. We got the weather rainy, so 2 days out of 3 we didn't go for a walk. But the cabin was so good it wasn't boring. We watched movies, drank wine, played chess, watched the clouds landing at the tops of the mountains. My son was delighted with the double bed, the fish, the curious cat and the affectionate and friendly dog living on the property. The host family are caring and attentive people who breathe warmly into every corner of the house. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

If there are Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles, then this is the place in Batumi. The house is beautiful! Not far from the center of Batumi, in a quiet area, on a mountain, with its own yard and affectionate cats living exclusively on the street) The house has everything you need, very clean and in the rooms and bathtubs, good plumbing, stable water, the kitchen has every detail! The living room is amazing, with a five-star view from the panoramic windows and a very beautiful interior! The bedrooms have a stunning view of the sea and city. In clear weather and on the mountains! We arrived in Batumi the day when the weather was like an apocalypse, but the hosts did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Christian and Magda for the warm welcome, you have a beautiful home you want to come back to!

We had great time here! The place is quite and cozy, and Kote is a great host! He took us from Tbilisi with his car, brought us homemade honey and chacha. There is a great kitchen with all the amenities and an outside oven where we made barbecue. Keep in mind that there is no central heating (but a fireplace does its job) and the water heater works only for a few minutes, but the rest is really comfortable! We totally will recommend the place to our friends. P. S. We were here with the dog, who liked the place even more then we did😁

The reason we stayed was to get away from the city and stay in the middle of nature. It was a vacation that fully met our request. The host was helpful with the transfer from the airport and made it easy for us to check in. We were able to get support whenever we needed it. The food option isn't much, but it was enough for us.

It was so lovely to stay because we needed to find a place within an hour at the evening to check in at Borjomi. Niko responded very quickly and provided us with all the necessary information.

The place was quite charming and sweet, with a central location that made getting around easy. The door lock was a bit tricky to open, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was a solo traveller and worked mostly from the house during the day . Wifi worked well most of the time. I didn't have a car . The host were very kind enough to drive me to the beach and botanical garden . the elderly couple don't speak English so well but their son speaks well . The walk down to the center takes about 20 mins and it takes you through a nice green path . Just pay attention while coming back in the night, most of the taxi followed the Navigation to reach the place and would get lost couple of times in the night. I would definitely revisit this place again 😊

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Luxury apartment in a private villa located in a very nice, cozy area of Batumi overlooking the green mountains and the sea. Lovely landscape, pool and friendly hosts. This is a place for those who appreciate modern comfort and love nature. 7 stars out of 5))) We are dreaming of returning

I live here for two months and this the best apartment I have had in Tbilisi over several visits. This is a fully furnished apartment suited for long stays!

Great value for money. This is my second time staying here. The apartment corresponds to the description. Yes, a little outdated in places, but this is offset by its size, perks (for example, a roof with a barbecue) and a responsive host. Merab responded as quickly as possible and was always ready to help with any questions. We were satisfied

Spent two nights here as we were going skiing in Gudauri. Great location and beautiful surroundings. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

It was a great stay, the host and the neighbors around are so friendly, they offered wood for the fireplace and refused to take money for it. The place is as described with lots of sleeping beds and sofas, however the place is a bit small for it to host 16 people in total if they have a problem in that. For us it was a good experience since we were a big family together. The place outside in fromt of the house is well equipped, but I wish the area beside and behind the home to be better facilitated and accessible.

We had two wonderful days in Nika's cottage. It is a marvelous place. We had a beautiful walk up to the small waterfall one mile up behind the cottage following the river. We also had very nice lunch at the Solo hotel 500 meters from the cottage down hill. Nika was extremely helpful, good and fast communication, and helped us with all we needed. Thanks Nika!

We really enjoyed our stay in Mukhli at Saba's private cabin, which was on top of the hill. The cabin is brand new and equipped with comfortable furniture, and has a great view over the rest of the valley. Saba and his father were very responsive and helpful, and provided us with a lot of recommendations for the Racha district. The final road to the cabin is pretty steep the last bit, so you need a proper car which can handle unsealed roads, as it does get slippery. It just rained quite a bit before we came so the road was a bit muddy and slippery, which made it a bit tricky to park your car next to the cabin and then getting down safely when heading out but that's more of a seasonal problem probably. Definitely recommend staying here to recharge a bit in the wilderness!
