This studio is located in the center of Lot-et-Garonne between Agen and Marmande. All comforts carefully arranged. You will have a wooded terrace not overlooked and a view of the confluence valley. Just 3 minutes from the Aiguillon highway exit.

We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.
