Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cattaraugus County

I stayed here with my girlfriend and daughter for 2 days. It was perfect for us, we used the big backyard to our advantage. Played cornhole, daughter had fun on the play set, and had a nice fire one night. The inside was absolutely spotless, and well taken care of. There was a binder to explain everything about the house, food nearby, and check in/check out help. Thanks Alan we had a blast!

Brad’s place was the perfect ski house for our daughter’s ski racing weekend at Holiday Valley! Just a couple of minutes to the mountain as well as to town. Neat, tidy, charming- and the well stocked coffee station was a bonus! We plan to come back!

Great place to stay with friends or family. Perfect for large groups. The flexible checking and out is so nice! Loved that we could bring our dogs. We had a great time!

We loved our stay here! We had 7 adults in our group and every person felt right and home. It was spacious enough that we all were able to spread out. Super convenient to get into town and in an extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood!

Once again Arron and Christine’s place was perfect. We have stayed several times and it is always clean and decorated for the season. We feel right at home here. So happy to have found this gem, it makes our visits to see our son so enjoyable.

This was our second stay at one of Genevieve's properties. We loved the decor, the comfortable rooms and the very convenient location close to the ski resort and the town of Ellicottville.

Kevin and team have a beautiful place. First, it isn’t listed as such, but it was very easy for my MIL (who broke her foot and has to get around on a scooter) to get in and move around. Second, the house had two of anything you might need in a kitchen (toasters, crock pots, sinks!). I could cook and not trip over others in the kitchen, which was great. The place was well laid out and comfortable. A true home away from home. I was in contact with Kevin and team for snow removal, which was done promptly even though it was quite a snowstorm. Great experience and fab hosts.

Second time staying in an air bnb in these condos! We love the location and ability to ski in ski out versus driving to the main parking area.

Erika was very responsive and friendly. The place is clean and has a nice kitchen and bathroom. It worked well for our one night stay.

Great cozy place to stay near multiple state parks and forests

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Bethany's was exactly as listed. if anything it was even nicer than the pictures made it look. It had anything you would need for cooking, a well stocked and spacious bathroom and an overall very cozy feel. i would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the future

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

This place was the perfect size for a good sized group. We did a little weekend trip, and it was in walking distance to everything in town. It was the perfect, cozy get away. I loved the windy stairs, and the overall atmosphere. The trundle bed gives you more space during the day to hangout in the living room.

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a lovely stay. Joes place was as described & looked like the photos. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. He was very friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

We had a great stay at this condo with our small family of four. The ski-in, ski-out access made getting on the slopes incredibly convenient, and having ski check in the building was a nice bonus. The condo was very clean and well-maintained, though a bit dated, but that didn’t take away from our comfort. The on-site restaurant was great for a quick and easy meal, and the underground parking was a huge plus. Overall, a solid place to stay, and we’d definitely return!
