Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cattaraugus County

This little house was perfect for my NY visit. I travel from California annually and my Aunt has come to stay for a couple nights too. A short ride to town and my cousin’s place. Pretty birds and deer come to the yard. Beautiful views all around. Laundry, dishwasher, comfortable beds, ceiling fans. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Great tv including Netflix and Prime already set up. I will stay here again and again.

Our stay at Southern Exposure was peaceful and pleasant. It accommodated all of our needs, was clean and comfortable!! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a St. Bonaventure graduation. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our guests, as well as hangout space. It was quiet and close to Ellicottville. Would recommend Chris' place if you want a quiet getaway from the slopes or area parks/activities.

Follow Alan’s instructions and you will find the house without a problem. It is so nicely secluded yet right on the main road through town. Used the grill. Love how the tub is tucked in the bathroom to save space and still be usable. The combination of antique fixtures and up to date services was wonderful. Missed having. Washer and dryer but coin laundry was right down the road. They have the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a air bnb. Lots of spices, a few staples, dishes. We had a great stay.

This was our second time staying at this location. We love the location as it is near our family, and walking distance to most anything you need. The house was very clean and has amenities to cook our meals. We also love that it has a washer and dryer available. Mitch was available if we needed anything.

It was a great house. It had a nice backyard and great neighborhood.I loved the location and everything about it.

Stayed for SBU graduation. Perfect location and great place to stay for the weekend. Close to town, campus and Eville for dinner one night! Aaron’s place was perfect for the family, enough parking, one floor for grandparents and all the amenities we could need. Just wish it was nicer weather to enjoy the back yard and fire pit!

We enjoyed our recent stay! A beautiful quiet peaceful location. House has most amenities needed. Grandkids enjoyed the visits with Frank the cat and Ernie the dog who greeted us on arrival. 🙂They were sad to leave and definitely would like to stay there again!

The apartment in Holiday Valley was great! I would recommend this spot to anyone planning to travel to Ellicottville whether it is in the summer or during ski season. The view from the building is amazing and it is very close to the town for any of your wants or needs!

This place is really cute & it’s a great location for snow skiing! Or just visiting family!! There are lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise I’d highly recommend Julie’s place. She was a very proactive responsive host.

The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at and everything worked fine. Brooke's directions, requests, etc. were all easy to follow and she was very responsive!

This was our first time in this cute town, as we wanted to visit Niagra Falls yet stay away from the hubbub as it was Memorial Day weekend and voila, we found this beautiful abode. The place was peaceful, spotless, cozy, and perfectly located—right above Tim Horton’s, just a short walk across with street to Steelbound Brewery and less than 5 mins drive to the town with lot of food options. From there our drive to Niagra Falls was very scenic and about an hour and 20mins. Molly was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely loved this place and Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway

The perfect launching point for a walkable and relaxed stay! Clean, well provisioned, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything you need and nothing you don’t, we will stay here again!

Perfect Getaway Susan is the quintessential host. She is warm and very responsive. Her home is so well appointed and cozy. We had quite a bit of snow and Susan plowed our driveway twice as well as provided us with ice melt. Everything Susan does for her guests is above and beyond.

Loni was a great host, very kind and communicative. The carriage house was clean and comfortable. A perfect stopping off place, easy to access from the thruway, but quiet and peaceful. Good value.

The apartment is clean, nicely furnished with both furniture and kitchen needs. The location is quiet and the neighbors are friendly.

Kristin had the house stocked with everything we needed for a short weekend trip to Ellicottville. Great location to walk or take a short drive into town.

The house was exactly as described. Since we arrived late at night, it was difficult to find the house in the dark, but Mikayla immediately helped us and made it easy to locate. The amenities in the house were just as listed, and thoughtful touches like coffee, salt, spices, and other essentials for a short stay were provided. If we ever come back, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great location and stay

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Great location, the Tamarack is always perfect and being able to stay somewhere like this through a great host is such a pleasure.

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.
