The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan. Peaceful yet only 3 miles from all of the action of Holiday Valley with year round activities and the village Ellicottville with great food and nightlife. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter after skiing or walk the woods in summer. *Note: outhouse and porty potty, no shower*
