We thoroughly enjoyed Ann's place. it was the perfect size for two couples, plus a third room with bunk beds. We found it to be clean, roomy, and very comfortable. We'd gladly stay again. The home resides in an interesting neighborhood, in which the street is lined with what appears to be colony area houses. We enjoyed viewing the architecture. Great hosting Ann!

We had a perfect stay! The house is very clean and neat. Had every amenity we could have needed. We stayed in town for a nearby lacrosse tournament for 3 nights. It was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day with great AC! Having laundry on site was particularly helpful. Highly recommend!

My time at this Airbnb was great! Lan was an amazing host and made me feel right at home. The place was amazing and so cute!! Honestly, better than the pictures. She was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I had every I needed, plus more. The place is so local to some great places, and restaurants. Amazing stay all around ! Super comfy space and super clean! The only thing is that while the listing says “Entire home” it is just a seperate space basement, but a huge spacious one at that! Olu’s airbnb is definitely worth all the while!

I have stayed at two other air bnbs in Florida. This was my first in Maryland. This place was extremely clean, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated, and thoroughly stocked with EVERYTHING we might need. Heather had thought of everything. My sister, who has stayed at over twenty airbnbs (bc she travels often) as well as my husband and my other sisters also were extremely satisfied and impressed at the spotless and well decorated home. All the electronics worked well and there were very easy to follow directions. You would think this would be a standard for electronics, but it is not so—we stayed at an air bnb that boasted of a game room with game console, but the pool table was filthy and there were no directions on how to use the game console. Heather was awesome! I cannot say enough about her quick responsiveness and kindness and professionalism. This place made me feel pampered, very comfortable, and happy. It’s a bright home with a lot of natural light. 100% recommend!!!

What an amazing experience! This house truly felt like a home. You wouldn't know that it was an Airbnb. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owners were extremely gracious. My wife and I were there for almost two weeks with my elderly parents. I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this an annual trip back home to MD. This was a great place. It exceeded my expectations. She even had the snacks I like. I could swear it was like she read my mind. Lol. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Very quiet, rural setting. Perfect place to go to get some rest and do some deep work (no TV or other distractions in the apartment). Comfortable bed and linens. A few small changes were made to the unit in terms of furniture but nothing to make the pictures significantly inaccurate. I would definitely go again!

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this basement home. It was spotless, super cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The host was really, really nice—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. One thing to note: the listing does mention that it can be loud, and that’s definitely true at times. There are young kids upstairs, so you’ll hear running, playing, and general activity throughout the day. If you’re sensitive to noise, it can be a bit disruptive. Just something to keep in mind when booking. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place and we truly enjoyed our time there!

We chose John's place because it was a block from our Son's house in Butcher's Hill. We would choose it again because it was a beautiful place with everything you could need thoughtfully supplied. John was super responsive to every question and communication, which is a big plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights, primarily so we could see the sights in DC. The condo was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was reasonably walkable. Was easy to get in and out of DC, via rideshare, and super easy to get to and from Reagan. Highly recommend!

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive when I had questions. The place was exactly as described. We were able to walk to our destination easily. The house was very neat and clean.

Comfortable quiet condo. Across road from a playing field and walking trails. Comfortable bed, good shower, extras ( food staples, umbrella, tennis rackets etc ). Abaad very attentive, and responsive. ( watch his getting to condo video- 3rd out of 4 buildings, entrance at back ). We felt like we had a new friend in texting and speaking to him . We stayed 4 nights. Would recommend.

My family of 4 had a great stay at Ricky's place. The location couldn't be beat for going to the National Aquarium and Oriole Park. The place was really comfortable and clean. The steep stairs we read about in other reviews were not a problem for us.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

The condo was pristine and so beautiful! The hosts were on top of all communication and flexible with us having two toddlers during our stay. It was an easy walk to Main Street and was equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Great location, close to transportation and dining options. Place is very quaint. Uncomplicated entry and exit. Neighborhood walkable and friendly. I would consider staying again.
