Such a peaceful, countryside location. Lovely views from and around the home, with the super double patio glass doors bringing light and the option of big open views of the surrounding countryside. The home is warm, clean, well decorated and equipped. The fresh milk in the fridge was a much appreciated kind touch as milk tends to get too warm in the car when travelling to take around in summer. The beds were comfy. What a super place. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed at Kath’s for two nights as we had a wedding in a nearby village - fantastic value for money, cosy and comfortable home from home. Great location and beautiful views. Our children had the warmest of welcomes from Ruby the spaniel - I think we may even have to get a family dog now. Thanks so much for your fast and helpful communication and allowing us to check in an hour ahead of the agreed time.

Fantastic cottage with everything you need even lovely court yard. Gorgous location with lots to do. Friendy and helpful host.

Wow. The photos don’t do this property justice. The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, cosy and full of character. The area is stunning, 30 minutes from Windermere and 20 minutes from the beach with plenty to do and see in between. Jane was a fabulous host, very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this house to anyone and wish we’d stayed longer. We’ll be back!
