You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. There is evidence of Miwok daily life on this 10-acre property located in a peaceful Oak valley with granite boulders and a seasonal stream. El Portal into Yosemite is a 1 hour scenic drive and Mariposa town is 10 mins. Guests have full and private access. A solar array on the roof and the all-electric home makes your vacation rental with us carbon-neutral.
