We regret not staying longer at Leonardo's. We loved his home and his unobstructed life. Leonardo's super hosting and availability. We felt at home and didn't want to leave.

We had the most fantastic stay in beautiful San Miniato. Walter and his Father were exceptional hosts. There was beyond generous provision in pantry, fridge and fruit bowl. Walter was very keen to offer to refresh bed linen and towels as often as required and was also very keen to remove recycling/ rubbish etc very quickly. Walter is so friendly and very kind even arriving on Easter Sunday with a beautiful traditional Easter cake. He is an exceptional host, thank you so much.

Amazing stay, with a super cosy vibe. The rooms were plenty big and the beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. It is a few minutes walking distance to the bus that brings you to San Miniato Alta, so extremely comfortable. In addition, there was plenty of parking within the house garden, and we parked 4 cars there!

Great hospitality and apartment. The host replied to us so promptly and accurately. All devices and equipments were clean and easy to use. I would like to stay again!!
