Vacation rentals with beach access in Caswell Beach

This is a beautiful condo and perfectly located for a beach vacation! The unit was comfortably furnished, and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully stocked. Jeanette is an excellent host and clearly communicated throughout the process. I will definitely come back soon!

The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

Audrey provided clear check-in instructions and was quick to give us important information about parking. Audrey was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property is conveniently located right on the river walk just a quick walk away from boat tours, restaurants, bars and everything else the historic district has to offer, but it was set just far away enough to where nights were peaceful and our sleep was never interrupted.

This place was perfect for my stay! The location was great & had easy access to the beach & the local shops!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

Cute , quiet beachy apartment, 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and lots of stuff to do. The golf cart was the greatest amenity. Host was friendly, responsive and helpful. VERY WORTH IT ! Would totally stay again.

Terri’s home was absolutely beautiful. The location was close to a lot of things including the beach/ocean access. We rented the golf cart too which was so nice to have instead of walking or using our cars. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Terri gave us recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Caswell Beach holds a special place in our hearts! It was a complete joy to visit and stay in this home. It is the perfect layout for a beach house and a family. We ate dinner out three times, visiting our favorite restaurants, and cooked in four nights. The kitchen is well-equipped. Our favorite thing about the home is the completely open living area, where we spent most of our time when not on the beach. Game night is perfect in the family room or around the dining table. We spent our mornings on the back porch. We ate dinner on the front porch. The sunset view of the lighthouse from the front porch is beautiful. The porches are HUGE and extremely comfortable with an ample amount of furniture. Everything is thought of in terms of amenities to make you feel at home. I don't remember it being listed, but there is a portable high chair that we used on the front porch. This home was extremely comfortable & beautiful for our family of 8 adults + 1 baby. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, squeaky clean home with a gorgeous view and direct access to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone to have a bit of privacy. Charli was super responsive and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

This place is a mother's dream come true for a vacation. The preparations and details they put into making it into the most accommodating place to stay. Words and pictures can't even explain how great it was, and we will be back many times to come and will not stay anywhere else!! I have a age range of kids from 16 years old teenagers 4 year old and a 1 year old and they were all satisfied with things to do. Then me and my mom were able to relax comfortably. Very organized, clean and prepared. You will need to not bring anything but clothes and your family. I promise everything else is there plus more. Super responsive,generous and kind host that really take pride into making sure you have the best stay making great memories with your family without any worries. Thank you for making it super easy on this mama!! We had an amazing time and look forward to future trips!

We loved our stay in Oak Island. 4 adults and 2 dogs fit comfortably - the house is well stocked, clean, and cozy. The beach is a couple minutes walk away. Lots of food options are walkable as well. Robyn and Mike were very helpful and responsive. The deck and covered porch are amazing places to relax. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about our wonderful hosts ! they are amazing. The accommodations were clean, quiet, comfortable, fully stocked, and well worth the visit. Location was perfect and what a cute neighborhood . I would highly recommend this wonderful home. I promise it will not disappoint ! See you next year because we are coming back.

We had an amazing stay! The home was new, clean and beautiful! There was plenty of room, especially with the decks! It met our needs perfectly! We loved all of the activities in the fun yard! It was the best one in the area! We also enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Drew responded quickly to my questions before our stay, which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, if we vacation in Oak Island in the future.

We stayed the weekend as a little beach getaway for our son’s 1st birthday, and couldn’t have had a better experience! The condo was clean and had beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing!

A beautifully decorated condo that’s more spacious than the pictures and a quiet spot with ocean views . We enjoyed sitting on the patio for afternoon cocktails listening to the waves this week. Chad is an excellent host and we appreciated ALL the extra thoughtful touches and the local suggestions. Perfect for a couple looking to get away to relax. We would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! The view from the deck can't be beat and we spent a majority of our time out there. The place had everything we needed and the market across the street has the best breakfast sandwiches. Best stay in Carolina beach, we can't wait to go back!

We loved the unit and property. It was so quiet and all the other guests were very friendly. Stephanie was super easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!!
