The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

You have a private entrance with a small garden and a seat. Parking is available on your own property or parking across the street. Sleeping area is upstairs, accessible via steep stairs.
