Monthly Rentals in Castle Carrock

What a fab weekend we have had! Andrea has been a supper host! Nothing was an issue and her communication was excellent from start to finish. The cottage is beautiful and the surrounding area is stunning to look at while sat in the hot tub! Great that it’s dog friendly as we took our puppy Dotty with us who loved her time away and her lovely puppy pack Andrea put together for her. Andrea really has thought of everything that you could possibly want and need inside the cottage. The cottage was immaculate inside and out, very comfy bed and lovely bath tub. We had the most fantastic couple of days , the cottage was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. Area was peaceful and relaxing. We vistied talkin tarn which was beautiful and also had lovely walks , we throughly enjoyed walking through gelt wood! We finished our walk off by visiting the duke of cumberland where we had some delicious food. The whole experience was lovely and we woukd love to come back and stay!! We booked a last minute getaway with our dog for 3 nights. Lilia could not have been a better host, from the recommendations of the pub close by to the dog walks from our doorstep. The accomodation was absolutely stunning with all of the home comforts required and a few little touches extra. I would absolutely recommend this gorgeous gem to everyone. Hopefully we will back on this area in the future 🤞

We were originally going to stay one night but felt so at home and comfortabke as soon as we arrived and we decided to stay an extra night. Helen was super accommodating and even provided us with extra fire wood and minor essentials. Would certainly stop by again.
