Open tall wooden shutters and let morning light stream into a room with exposed timber framing and whitewashed brick walls reaching to high ceilings. Have breakfast in a cheerful open space at a sunny table in front of an elegant fireplace. I have several apartments in Madrid, but this is the latest one I have decorated, paying close attention to detail. I have truly tried to make it as comfortable as possible for my guests. It has lots of light and it's beautiful. If one were to read my reviews they would notice that I care a lot for my guests, I am always readily available, and I try my best to make them feel at home when they are in Madrid. You will have the whole apartment. We will be there in person to meet you, and give you the keys. After you book, I give you my number and you can text or call if needed. The apartment is in Chueca, one of the nicest and trendiest neighborhoods in Madrid. Walk to the main street, Gran Via. It's near the Prado, Puerta del Sol and Parque del Retiro. It's surrounded by wonderful places to have tapas and a glass of wine. We are about a block away from the Gran Via, you can walk everywhere, but we also have metro stations and buss stops nearby. If you are coming with a car, there is a Public Parking Garage about 2 minutes walking from the apartment.

Spacious apartment, especially for large groups of friends or family. Located in one of the most central areas of Madrid. The entire apartment with each of its bedrooms and common areas such as the living room, kitchen and dining room. You can contact me by phone. A few meters from Madrid's famous 'vertebra' (subway line), the apartment is within walking distance of many of the capital's cultural and leisure attractions. The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by taxi. You can also get there by taking the subway. You should get off at the Gran Via or Callao stop.

I had a wonderful stay at Fernando’s apartment and felt well taken care of throughout. Communication was smooth, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture added a warm and welcoming touch to the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the location — the neighborhood was central but felt very safe. The building also had secure access, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in Madrid!

The property is super well located, close to shops, McDonalds, Gran vía restaurants. The beds are comfortable, the furniture and decor are very beautiful and the kitchen is well-equipped. We love it, would definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation, the apartment has everything, it is super functional and beautiful. The area already knew it and it is super good because it is close to everything and the metro is at the door of the depto. The only thing I have to say is that the keys were held by a business that closed from 15 to 17.30 hs and I arrived at 15 in Madrid, so I called and they assigned me another place 30 min walking, this cannot be. This means after the trip to walk around Madrid with your bags or pay for the subway. The other alternative they gave me was to wait two and a half hours outside, things that can't be because I was losing all afternoon. At this very bad point, and they said it was not their responsibility, that if it is because they should look for another option as a safe and another. I'm not going down points because the apartment doesn't deserve to have less than 5 stars. So we were happy despite the initial stumbling. We'll be back!

Vintage Chic Apartment at La Latina - large period

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.
