Wonderful place to stay for our family stay.

Quiet area and conveniently located. The apartment is cozy and there is enough natural light, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. In addition to the good treatment by Olga, friendly and attentive to everything you need. More than recommended!

Fantastic hosts, they were very attentive to everything, and with very clear instructions. Easy and very quick communications. Very responsive to feedback for improvement, which was implemented within hours. The apartment is comfortable.

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

Everything was perfect. It's easy to talk to Cristina and she even made it easier for us to get the keys a little before check-in time. Everything was clean.

We stayed one night at Esther's. The space was very clean and we were welcomed. Great restaurants in the village, which is also very cute. I recommend if you want to stop there on the way to the holidays.

We had a great stay at Lorena’s place. It was easy access to and from Atocha. The accommodations were also perfect for our 8-month old daughter.

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! This was truly the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. And it was definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in as well ! A few things worth mentioning… The gym is small, but so fantastic to have it and it is directly next-door to the apartment… So And the private terrace for the apartment is fabulous as well… It also has a really great coffee machine, but if you stay for more than a few days, and drink lots of coffee like us… You will need to buy beans . Love love love this place !!convenient !

What a paradise! Plenty of peace, wonderful to hear so many birds in the morning, beautiful house. The children enjoyed the pool, despite the fresh weather. We were able to get off to El Escorial, Madrid, Segovia and Avila. Perfect communication. Really, everything was great!

The house is amazing. The photos don't show everything. The stay was unbeatable. Ramón was very helpful and kind at all times. We will definitely repeat the experience.

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly atmosphere. Everything was just perfect.

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

A very good option to stay in Madrid. Basyar is charming, we asked for an extra set of keys and they made it for us without a problem. Lovely and I would definitely stay again.
