Beautiful house in a residential area, 10 km from downtown Madrid, ideal for visiting Madrid and its surroundings. The house is new and has all the amenities. The house has 210 m2 inside and 300 m2 of garden. Air conditioning/Wi-Fi with power throughout the villa. Private pool, private outdoor jacuzzi, paddle court, surveillance and 2 garage spaces.
