Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Castiglione della Pescaia

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a private, enclosed complex in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside from the terrace. The apartment was very nicely and functionally furnished, very clean and very well equipped with everything one might need for a stay. The accommodation has access to a large swimming pool. There are many interesting places for short trips in the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely want to return soon.

We had such an amazing stay here! The views from the balcony overlooking the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave! The home was also decorated so cute and was very clean. Can’t wait to come back!

We feel so lucky to of found Guido and his beautiful house. Firstly Guido could not be more helpful, so responsive, friendly and has the best recommendations! He made sure the house was spotless for our arrival, even the pool is so clean it was perfect. The house itself is stunning, stays lovely and cool in the heat but the garden is just drenched in sunshine. Guido has made sure you can bask in the sunshine by the pool or chill out in shade in the height of the afternoon. There are so many comfortable spots to sit in! The pool was lovely and refreshing when it was hot mid afternoon and looked beautiful in the evening. Tuscany is stunning, there's so much to explore - would heavily recommend a car for that. In walking distance there are a couple of very delicious restaurants and if you're feeling adventurous you can walk to the monostary nearby which is definitely worth visiting. Thank you Guido!

A fantastic place to stay! Diego is extremely welcoming and gave us great recommendations and local info. The house and garden are even more beautiful than the photos - everything well-equipped, all that we needed. We had the perfect, peaceful week and look forward to coming back!

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their slice of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Charming living room, bedroom and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely worth repeating. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

Giuseppe was a kind and welcoming host. The location of the house is strategic, immersed in the countryside with beautiful olive trees, but close to the sea that can also be reached with a 15-minute walk. Ideal for those who want a quiet place in nature. The house is very clean with very fragrant sheets. And the beautiful kittens of a few weeks that won us over! We will definitely be back!

We spent a week with our little daughter (2 years) in this fantastic house and enjoyed every minute. The surrounding attractions are fantastic, and the large garden invites you to relax and linger. Communication was excellent. Stephanie, our local contact person, welcomed us warmly, explained everything to us in detail and was always available to answer any questions. She also had great tips for grocery stores. Christine was also there with her family for a few days, and it was a pleasure to meet her. It was exciting to learn more about the history of the house. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this vacation home! Thanks for everything!

Bernice and Emiliano were great hosts. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Place was perfect for touring the area. Was clean, tidy and comfortable. Extra thoughtful for the daily bread they arranged from the local bakery. Check in and out was easy and hopefully we’ll be back soon! Highly recommended.

Beautiful location for visiting Tuscany. Very welcoming host. Full of attention upon arrival. Apple cake, bottle of spumente and chianti and homemade vino santo. And peach marmalade. Pampered like royalty. Great private pool. Place to recommend

Quiet, secluded cottage in the middle of the forest. Everything matches the pictures and the description. They were very nice, relaxed holidays. Even if it was 35 degrees down the coast, it was pleasantly cool at the house. It was a lovely time. The landlords/hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pathway to the house leads via a gravel road, which is a little more difficult to drive on three climbs, but the residents also drive there with their small standard cars. An off-road vehicle is only recommended for the last 100 meters. But you can also leave the car in front of this climb, the hosts help them drive up their luggage, with their car. If you love nature and the forest and are looking for relaxation, this accommodation is just right for you.

It is a beautiful place and have been able to enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. The cottage was nicely decorated and met our expectations. Davide is very helpful and friendly and upon our arrival was filling the outdoor pool with fresh water.
