A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Very quiet peaceful night

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

We really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and 3 children aged 10-14. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It has been renovated to a very high standard which blends the modern and the traditional seamlessly. Beautiful views, quiet location, lovely pool. We really could not fault it. We have hired many villas and apartments over the years and this one is at the top level. All made better by the host (Elodie) responding to any issues almost immediately and the lovely sunshine we had all week! You will not regret booking this property!

Had a wonderful week, relaxed surroundings and accommodation was beautiful. For us after a busy week for this in the Pyrenees to recover and chill. There is little to do near the Gite, so you have to drive for a supermarket and nice villages. For our adolescents it was too quiet :-) But you can go nearby to a lake, canoe and also ride electric scooter through the area (recommended!). Anne is great and makes your stay perfect. Thanks for that!

Very nice accommodation, as described, well-equipped and warm. Large garden really enclosed, our cat was delighted and we peace of mind! The views are superb and a few walks to do. Great for a peaceful holiday. Thank you Maryline!

We had a really relaxing stay. The hosts were so kind. Their hospitality was exceptional. They are both interesting and we enjoyed getting to know them a little. The gite is beautifully decorated and has everything required for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen. My husband enjoyed the pool, which was extremely clean. We were supplied with plenty of towels. The gardens are pretty, with beautiful walks into the valley below the house. So quiet! Thankyou both very much and we hope we meet again when we return.

An excellent address. Exceptional location with a breathtaking sunset - near the pretty little town of Caylus and Saint Antonin Noble Val (very beautiful city and starting point of the Aveyron descent by kayak). Nice well-equipped cottage, very nice pool, very friendly hosts, calm and rest in a countryside that keeps its authenticity and beauty.

Our stay went very well, in a very pleasant, relaxing setting and with a great view of the village and the surrounding countryside. The pool is a very nice size, well exposed and retains privacy with the cottage. The place is ideally located, close (1 hr drive env) to several iconic sites (Rocamadour, St Cirq Lapopie...) while enjoying villages closer but just as beautiful. Richard and Sue are perfect: available while being discreet. Very nice welcome from them, as well as their dog, who is adorable!!

We had a great time at Leila's! Although we didn't meet her in person, she was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Her communication was perfect, always warm and caring. And what a nice surprise to find delicious homemade cookies upon arrival – an attention that really touched us! Thanks again Leila for hosting remotely, everything was perfect. We had a great time at Patrick's place with our 6 and 11 year olds. The house is comfortable, very clean, quiet and close to lots of activities and visits. The area is beautiful, and despite a little rain we didn't get bored. Thank you so much for hosting us, Patrick.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. What a beautiful part of France! Paul met us when we arrived and showed us to our stunning accommodation. He made us feel really welcome. There was cold beer and wine in the fridge. This was so needed after a long drive. We stayed in La Prairie which had plenty of room for the five of us, 2 adults and 3 children. The view was incredible, we enjoyed several evening bbqs looking over the fields and hills. There was plenty of things to do in the area and I really recommend visiting Bonaguil Castle, the medieval festival at Monflanquin , the inflatable water park near Montcuq and the local night markets where you can enjoy local food and plenty of wine. On Thursday night, Paul ran an astronomy class, and he had everyone looking at the night sky, I couldn't believe Saturn was so clear. We had a fantastic holiday, and if you are looking to chill by the pool, enjoy local wines and enjoy the local area - hire La Prairie for 2024!

Great stay with the family. Very suitable house with studio and 2 bedroom with separate entrances. Perfect for the 15 people (including 6 children) we were.

We stayed 2 weeks in this rental with a nice pool. The listing description on the site is true to reality. We were hosted very well by Christele. In St Étienne de Tulmont, you will find all the shops you need to eat. The shopkeepers are very friendly.

A pleasantly furnished cottage, where it is easy to "set down your suitcases". The kitchen is very functional and has everything you need. The bedding is also "excellent".
