Vincent's house is on the outskirts of the lovely old village of Auvillar with lovely views over the river. A very short walk takes you into the centre of the village. Vincent is very helpful and the house is special - he has renovated the large old village house to reveal the old brick and pebble walls. There is a good logburning stove which he had laid for us as the weather was cold and wet. The bedrooms are great with large comfortable beds and good linen. Very highly recommended.

Stayed for a wedding, was a great Airbnb and host. Clean, modern and had good kid facilities with a cot and mattress! Even with a delayed flight Bruno made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much!

My husband and I stayed at La Petite Maison for a month and enjoyed living there very much. It’s well located, an easy walk to the Carmes market, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and peaceful, on a pedestrian alley with no traffic noise. The house was comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size, with the master bedroom being spacious. The living room/dining room was plenty big for the two of us, but might feel a little small for larger groups. The kitchen was well-stocked. It’s convenient to have 2 washer/dryer units, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Check-in was simple with the key in the lockbox, and any small issues were handled by the responsive host. Note for Americans: even though the English version of the listing states there are 2 bathrooms, the translation is misleading. In France, “salle de bain” means a sink/shower combination, not what Americans consider a bathroom w/toilet.

Thierry is a very friendly host, very responsive to the slightest problem, the accommodation was perfect for our stay (40 years of a friend) with a very good sound system and play of light, everything you need as practical equipment (dishes, cooking utensils, tables and chairs, sofas) but also as entertainment (screen for overhead projector, heated pool, foosball, ping pong, balons, badminton, pétanque, etc.). The beds are comfortable and the house very well arranged We'll be back with pleasure at a future big opportunity

The setting is simply idyllic. The property, located in the countryside, enjoys an environment, absolute tranquility, conducive to relaxation and reconnection with nature. One of the great pleasures of this stay was undoubtedly breakfast, which alone deserves a mention of excellence. Every morning, the homemade bread, prepared with care and passion, was an enchantment for the taste buds. The presence of the two dogs brings an extra touch of life and warmth. We came for a break on our vacation heading south. Unique and really charming accommodation. The setting is ideal for recharging and finding peace and quiet. Catherine is caring and very attentive to our requests. I recommend it.

We had a great time for a weekend. The house is very nice, even for 12 people with dogs and babies! Cherry trees and giant fig trees at the entrance, shaded terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and fields as far as the eye can see, really a treat!

When we arrived, the owners hosted us very well. Nathalie showed us around the place. It matched the photos and especially our expectations. The village is very nice and peaceful. You can find the shops nearby in the center. We had a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay on Montauban. The house is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city. Fully equipped,clean, tastefully decorated, very bright and quiet! The little extra, the hello of the owners who care about our well-being! We treasure this place for our next Montalbanais stay!

This was our first Airbnb reservation and honestly, very very very satisfied. the accommodation is located in the forest, quiet, very quiet, peaceful, bucolic. the place was spotless. only small downside, there is no microwave, but that didn't bother us too much. There are all the amenities you might need, nothing to bring from home. the terrace? a STRONG point, the view is magnificent, the wisteria too, there is a table and chairs to enjoy a breakfast in the air. our 3 dogs were delighted with the small path that goes down the cottage to be able to go for their daily walk, we did not go into the forest or on the path, which is there (because I am allergic to grass and forest) but it must be very pleasant for walkers, if we are allowed of course. there are many small villages around that deserve to be visited as we did In short, I recommend this chalet and its hosts. thank you both

We had a great week at Isabelle's house. We appreciated his good communication and responsiveness to facilitate check-in and checkout. The house matches the photos and is extremely clean, it really feels like home, it's a real pleasure! In addition, it is very well-equipped. The terrace is lovely . If you are looking for a dog-friendly place, very quiet, close to Toulouse (30 min) and Montauban, this is where you want to stay! We won't hesitate to return .

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful mill, tastefully renovated. The big plus: the veranda, very large and bright, with a very nice view of the small river. Very nice, even when it's not sunny. Despite the weather, we enjoyed the stay, especially thanks to the hot tub. The accommodation is very functional and well equipped. The professional fridge was a real plus for us because there were many of us. Special mention to Bob, the robot mower. Discreet, efficient, always moping and who kept us company during our stay. We got attached to it faster than we expected! Cindy is very kind, welcoming and accommodating. Everything was perfect, we all have a great memory of this stay and highly recommend this place!
