Dominique is a very pleasant, responsive and discreet host at the same time. The gite on the ground floor is functional, clear, well-equipped and very peaceful. The dreary weather during our stay did not allow us to fully enjoy the outdoors but it was good inside with a very nice underfloor heating. Well-located cottage to fully enjoy the lake nearby. We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Cozy little house recently renovated, well-appointed, well insulated. Everything's new, clean. Very well equipped accommodation, nothing is missing. Parking place in front of the house is very convenient. Ahlane was very responsive and gave us all the information that made our installation easier. We came as a family just for one night, for a sporting event. We wish we had enjoyed the place longer!

We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant. We'll probably come back to that.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!
