In the morning, breakfast can be taken on the south side by the pool or on the north side, overlooking the vine, forest and surrounding fields.

In this atypical and new apartment you will find all the comforts necessary for 3 people. Created in a former winery, you will be in a quiet location 3 minutes from Marmande. Green space and free parking on site. Consisting of a living room on the ground floor with equipped kitchen and welcome tray, sitting area. Upstairs, a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, a bathroom and toilet not separated We provide you with bed sheets, along with bath towels and linens.

Comfortable accommodation

This accommodation has been refurbished in a charming house, in the heart of the countryside. You will be completely independent. The accommodation is fully equipped, 2 minutes from St Bazeille and 5 minutes from Marmande by car. Rental availability from Monday to Friday or weekend . It's best to have your vehicle for complete autonomy. You can use the pool in accordance with the house rules from June onwards because it is not heated.

Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village.
