Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Castelnau-le-Lez

I loved this apartment. There's plenty of space, furniture and bed - very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Clean toilet. The washing machines are very convenient, easy to use, soap provided. It is a 5 min walk to the tram, 15 min walk to St-Roch train station, ~15 min to Place de la Comedie, 5 min walk to many small shops and restaurants/cafes, 20 min walk to the Faculty of Medicine. Apart from the neighbors who happily used their terrace until midnight, it was very quiet and noiseless during the night. The only thing that was a little difficult was the heat, especially at night. As the windows were only at the height of a person, and not knowing the neighborhood, I didn't feel quite sure about leaving the shutters completely open during the night, and it was 35+ during the day. But I think I could have left them open without any problem. Thank you for a very nice and pleasant stay!

The apartment was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Well appointed, large rooms with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. In the heart of the center city, many restaurants right outside the door and walkable to many more. While it is a busy street with the restaurants, it is quiet in the apartment thanks to new windows. As the description says, just know that the apartment is on the 2nd floor without elevator. It was not a problem for us.

The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and clean. Located a few minutes from the train station and all this on foot. Very easy to reach and safe. Valentine was very proactive and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thanks, both of you.

What a fantastic place! Top floor of an apartment right in the heart of Montpellier with restaurants, bars, bakeries, stores - pretty much everything within minutes. Being on the top and with a good size balcony was really what made this place special. We had breakfast daily on the balcony and then a nightcap after our day’s adventures looking at the lights of the city. Having the bed up in the loft made the place feel even bigger. AC worked fine and communication with Chihab and Melissa was great. We’d definitely come back here and stay for a longer time.

Julie was a great host, very available to chat and welcoming. The guide available in the app is great, with lots of great recommendations. The accommodation was spotless, just like in the photos, a great apartment very well renovated with everything you need and a parking space. Thanks again, we'll be back with pleasure!

I loved staying at Carla’s apartment! She was a delightful and responsive host - she met me at the tram stop and helped me with my bags both when I arrived and left. The apartment itself is fabulous. Comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. It’s a very lively area with lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. So if want to stay somewhere which has all the action of Montpellier at your doorstep, then this is the place. Was so sad to leave!

Beautiful and large house, perfect for visiting Montpellier easily. Clean and well-decorated, it was perfect for our group of 6. Air conditioning and easy parking were definitely assets! We highly recommend!

Wow this place is a true Montpellier gem. You are about 20 mins walk to the action of the Comedie but in a much more peaceful part of town. The house has all the amenities you need, is very clean, plus a very cute little garden, with sunloungers and a little pool. There are several mini supermarkets only minutes away. Even better you are only 15 minutes drive from the airport. We would love to stay here again!

Extremely responsive hosts, no complications, very well-equipped with everything, from BBQ to kitchen tools, nice and modern, tasteful interiors. And the view from the bedrooms‘ balconies was simply amazing.

Excellent apartment with all the comforts you need and quality amenities. Very quiet and particularly well located accommodation. private parking is an undeniable plus in an urban environment with parking meters. once the car is stored in its garage, everything is done on foot in Montpellier or by tram. Fabien was an available and pleasant host. We recommend this great place!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

You feel right at home when you come to the apartment. Everything necessary is available and even more. The kitchen is very well equipped, the outdoor area cozy and it was very clean. The house is very noisy, that is the only small minus of the accommodation.
