The swimming pool and its barbecue area will enchant your summer meals. Thanks to an exceptional geographical location, you will be at the gates of the Petite Camargue, 15 minutes from the historic center of Montpellier, 20 minutes from the beaches and 5 minutes walk from the village lake. Parties are forbidden.

Comfortable for 2 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 4 thanks to the sofa bed. In the middle of nature, 1 min from the Clinique du Parc, 5 min from the tram and 10 min from downtown Montpellier, the train station, beaches and airport. New, quiet and bright accommodation, with views of the park and garden. Small free place to park on the street, next to the gate.

Comfortable 40 m² independent 2-room apartment, with terrace and petanque court, located in villa and pine forest on the edge of the forest, all 20 minutes from the beaches, airport and TGV stations. The apartment is located in a discreet location, in a cul-de-sac, with parking spaces and close to a shopping area (supermarket, fast food, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and laundromat). Access to the tram is a 15/20-minute walk and we have direct access to bike paths for walks or hikes.

We are pleased to host you in our small 30 m2 duplex, fully equipped and air-conditioned, located in a quiet residence just outside Montpellier. Close to the city and the tram which is 800 m away, 1 min walk from a supermarket for your shopping, direct access to bike paths, a private parking space, and close to the highway for easy arrival and quick access to the beaches.

42 m² 2-room apartment located on the ground floor of a house with 600 m² garden, with independent entrance, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (new bedding – 160/200 – March 2023), shower room/toilet. 2-minute walk to tram line 2 which leads to downtown Montpellier in 10 minutes; 15-minute drive to the seaside. It is not possible to accommodate more than 2 people.
