The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

The studio is located in a quiet and charming area, close to shops, 10 minutes walk from the city center (Halle aux grains, Métro Francois Verdier) and 15 minutes from the train station. There you will find: - a sofa bed with comfortable mattress (Tediber), - a kitchenette (microwave, induction stove, mini fridge), - a bathroom with large shower and WC.
