The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

A 1000 m² lot will allow you to enjoy the outdoors (ideal for children). This renovated, air-conditioned accommodation of approximately 75 m² offers a warm living/dining room/kitchen that opens to the outdoors and nature. A bedroom with a double bed and a large 25 m² mezzanine with two beds will allow you to sleep well.

Close to all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, bar/tapas, pizzeria, neighborhood cinema, wine cellar, petanque court, shopping center within a 5-minute drive. Bus stop at the foot of the residence that will take you to the nearest metro in ten minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
