Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement était facile à trouver dans une zone résidentielle certes un peu excentrée mais calme et typique. Le centre ville est aisément accessible en transport en moins de 20 minutes. La cité des arts et des sciences est à proximité. L’hôte était très réactif et nous a donné des recommandations. Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ étaient très clairs. L’appartement était propre, circulation et salle de bain /douche accessibles pour les PMR. L’appartement est également très bien équipé. Nous avons eu également la surprise d’avoir des boissons d’accueil. Merci Carl !

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Super Apartment, mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie Kommunikation ist perfekt, hilfreich, schnell und immer erreichbar. Kleine Probleme und Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und gelöst! Das Apartment am Strand ist eine tolle Abwechslung zur Stadt und eine Erholung für Augen und Seele. Es kann laut werden am Wochenende aufgrund der Disko in der Nähe. Muss aber nicht. Straßenbahn und Bus sind direkt in der Nähe und man kommt gut überall hin. Sehr gerne wieder!!!

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect for us as it was really close to the stadium where we went to see a game. The apartment was spotless and very clean, it was the perfect space for the five of us who stayed there. Finding the apartment and accessing it was very simple, thanks to great instructions from the host. They communicated brilliantly throughout our stay, and were very quick to respond to any messages I sent to them. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!

Me and my partners first time visiting Valencia and this place was a gem. The location was perfect. 5 minute walk from what felt like everything. Metro only 2 minutes away so commuting to the beach or Oceanographic was super easy. The studio itself was gorgeous. Incredibly clean and a lovely place to stay during our visit in Valencia. We cannot fault Jose and his partner for their hospitality and we will be sure to be back!!

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

Centrally located, spacious apartment. Nice host, apartment had everything we needed (including dishwasher, washing machine, fast wifi). Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, sights, its all around the corner. Two points of attention: its on the third floor with narrow stairs (no problem for us) and garbage bins are emptied during the night (this makes quite some noise).

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Beautiful, spacious house stock with every amenity. Appreciated the flexibility to drop bags early on day of arrival. Close to transport links to go to historic town, beach and museums/aquarium.

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Willem y Mark han estado atentos y ha sido muy fácil la comunicación con ellos. Siempre mostraron facilidades para una estancia confortable. A destacar que la camas eran todas muy cómodas y las almohadas también. Repetiría sin dudar.

We absolutely loved David's place, where to begin, so many details that stood out, the decor, history, perfectly clean and organized. It is in a small mountain village, at least in off season, bring your supplies, food and drinks. The few places are limited and depending on time, might close a bit early. Free street parking, there is a small courtyard by the water fountain, you can leave your car, if nervous with the tight corners and it is maybe a 2 min walk. The stone walls of this cottage is breathtaking, the views are spectacular. We loved watching the locals til' the soil in the large garden plots on the hillside, they work and not young. Good Spanish Bones! We tried to stay longer, definitely nice spot to chill. David was so helpful, as we arrived late and he shared info about the antique thrasher. Thanks again David...Stan & Brian

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Heerlijk, ruim , schoon appartement met tuin! Super douche en top bed. In De omgeving niet zoveel te doen maar met de fiets is alles goed te bereiken! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden en kom zeker terug!

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

Place was awesome. Plenty of space, rooms were a nice size and beds comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Having the beach chairs for the beach and the paddle ball game was a nice touch. Loved the balcony even with the windows closed it was nice to sit there. Washer and dryer were great to use. Having a bottle of water upon arrival was very appreciated. Grocery stores are very close. The parking garage was bonus so didn’t need to worry about parking car. Over all felt super safe and secure. So close to beach!! Thank you!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Desiré is an extraordinary host, by far the best we have ever had - responsive & accommodating, but also kind, friendly and warm. As to Casa Desiré, the superlatives used by other reviewers are accurate. To fling open 4 sets of floor to ceiling doors to a long balcony with 2 sets of bistro table and chairs, to the sights and sounds of the busy market square was magical. It is stocked with everything you’d want in a vacation home. As we were guests for a 2-week stay, Desiré bought us a Magic Bullet for smoothies. A floor mop was the only thing “missing”and it was quickly supplied. Not mentioned often/at all in past reviews: well stocked first aid and sewing kits, clothes steamer, small mesh bag for bras/delicates, a combo microwave/broiler, tons of electrical outlets and hangers, full length mirror, hooks, good clothing and bathroom storage, bathroom nightlight, secure entry (apt occupies entire 1st floor), comfy bed & fabulous milk-frothing Nespresso machine. Loved it, will return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Veronica, spacieux, bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine même si nous avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter Valence. Nous recommandons vivement et nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner chez Veronica lors de notre prochain séjour à Valence.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke
